Especially the affliction of ignorance, and the elements that have arisen from space, the causes and conditions of the Mamo's (Tibetan: མ་མོ།) disturbance, and the collection of results of disease, weapons, and seasonal disruptions, may they be purified like clouds in the sky, and grant peace, auspiciousness, and well-being! From the very beginning, existence and samsara are the expanse of the five mothers, in the mandala of the Mamos and Dakinis, transcending the signs of change and transformation, although constantly abiding in great peace, due to the co-emergent and imputed ignorance, relying on the interdependence of cause and effect, from the disturbance of the five poisons in one's own mindstream, the magical displays of the disturbed Mamos arise, causing the decline of the outer elements, agitating the conceptual thoughts of sentient beings, epidemics of disease among humans and livestock gather like clouds, years of misfortune, hail, and strife arise, all of these are the causes of the elements, the actions of ordained and natural sins, arising from acting carelessly and unrestrained, defilement of vows and impurity, confess all sinful actions with regret, if vows are broken, complete them with a tsok offering, purify the defilements with the power of nectar, confess all disagreements with the mind in the Dharmadhatu, from the very beginning, samsara and nirvana are the five nectars, uncreated and uncorrupted, thus the Tathagatas, with the essence of the five wisdom families completely pure, offer the essence of great pure equality, from the rays of nectar, the clouds of desirable qualities that establish existence and samsara as the ground, with the enjoyment of the treasury of space, constantly fulfill the samaya, for the Mamos of the wisdom Dharmadhatu, although there is no wrath or disturbance, in order to subdue the worldly Mamo hosts, pacify wrath and disturbance, and with the activity of great joy, purify disease and harm in the Dharmadhatu, increase life, merit, and fame, grant auspiciousness, well-being, and the treasury of abundance!
