ཆོས་ཉིད་དོན་མ་རྟོགས། །སྒོམ་པ་ཡུན་ཐུང་ལྷ་མོའི་ཞལ་མ་མཐོང་། །སྙིང་པོ་གྲངས་ཉུང་གྲྭ་ཆག་ཟུར་ཉམས་དང་། །ཉམས་དང་ཚོགས་འདྲེས་ཉམས་པ་བསྐང་བ་དང་། །ཉམས་དང་གཏམ་བྱས་ཁ་འཕྲོ་བསྲེས་པ་དང་། ཁས་བླངས་དམ་བཅས་དུས་ལས་ཡོལ་བ་དང་། །དམ་རྫས་མ་ཚང་གཏོར་མའི་ཕུང་ཉམས་དང་། །སྒྲུབ་ལ་མི་བརྩོན་ལེ་ལོས་གཡེངས་པ་དང་། །གསང་བའི་མན་ངག་གཞན་ལ་སྤེལ་བ་རྣམས། །རབ་ཏུ་འགྱོད་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །མཐོལ་ལོ་མཐོལ་ལོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མ་མོའི་ཚོགས། །བཤགས་སོ་བཤགས་སོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕོ་ཉ་རྣམས། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་ཚངས་པ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་པས་དེ་ཝཱི་ཀཱ་ལི་ལ་བཤགས་པར་གསོལ་ལོ། །དྲུག་པ་ནི། མན་ངག་ (༣༠༦)ལས་འབྱུང་བའི་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པའི་དམིགས་རིམ་ལ། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་མགོན་པོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་ངོ་བོར་བཞུགས་པའི་གནས་གསུམ་དུ། འབྲུ་གསུམ་གྱི་མཐར། བཟླ་བྱའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དཀར་དམར་མཐིང་གསུམ་གཡས་བསྐོར་དུ་འཁོར་བ་བཟླས་པས་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་། གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས། བདུད་རྩི་འོད་ཟེར་འབར་བའི་རྒྱུན་གྱིས་སྒོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཉམས་ཆག་སྦྱངས་ཞིང་བཀྲུས་པར་བསམས་ལ། ཨོཾ་ས་མ་ཡ། ཨཱས་མ་ཡ། ཧཱུྃ་ས་མ་ཡ། ཨོཾ་ཤིྭཱ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡཀྵ་བེ་ཏ་ལི་ཧཱུྃ་ཛཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ་སོགས་མན་ངག་གི་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་ཅི་ནུས་སུ་ཟླའོ། །བདུན་པ་ནི། མ་མགོན་ཤིན་ཏུ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ཐབས་གཟུངས་ཀྱི་རིམ་པ་ལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གསང་བའི་བདག་པོ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཞུས་པའི་མན་ངག་གྲི་གུག་བརྩེགས་པའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་འབྱུང་བ་འདི་སྐད་དོ། །ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན་ནས་རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་ཞིང་། །ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་བསྟན་པ་བསྲུང་མཛད་པའི། །མགོན་པོ་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ན་མོ་ཨཱ་ཀྲི་ནི། ན་མོ་ཡོ་ཀྲི་ནི། ན་མོ་ཏ་ཀྲི་ནི། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི། ཀི་ཏི་ཙི་ཏི། ནི་ཏི་པ་ཏ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཚེ་རབས་སྔོན་ནས་ད་ལྟ་ཕན་ཆད་དུ། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྟན་པ་བསྲུང་བར་དམ་བཅས་པ། །ད་ལྟ་དེང་འདིར་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། །བདག་ཅག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡི། །ཕྱི་ནང་བར་ཆད་ཞི་བར་ཐམས་ཅད་ (༣༠༧)ཤོག། ཅེས་པ་འདིའི་དོན་ནི། བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་དུས་སུ་བླ་མ་དང་མཆེད་གྲོགས་ལ་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་དང་། གཏོར་མཆོད་ཀྱི་ཕུད་ཉམས་པ་དང་། སེར་སྣའི་དབང་གིས་དུས་གཏོར་གྱི་མཆོད་པ་ལོ་ཟླར་འདས་པ་དང་། བསྟན་པའི་སྤྱི་སེམས་ཆུང་ཞིང་ནག་པའི་མི་ལ་དད་པ་དང་། ཟས་ཆུང་ཆུང་གི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཡོན་བདག་གི་མཚེར་རྩུབ་བཟློག་

未领悟法性真谛，修行时间短未能见到天女的容颜。精要稀少，僧人破戒，誓言衰损，衰损与会供混杂，弥补衰损，衰损时闲聊，掺杂闲话，违背承诺誓言，超过时限，誓物不全，朵玛的精华衰损，不勤于修持，懈怠散乱，将秘密口诀传给他人等，以极度后悔之心忏悔。忏悔啊忏悔，智慧空行母众，忏悔啊忏悔，世间使者们，请以大悲赐予清净。如是向卡利女神忏悔祈请。第六，出自口诀（306）的百字明观修次第中，于前生本尊怙主父母金刚萨埵黑汝嘎的自性所居三处，在三字之后，念诵咒鬘白红蓝三色右旋，以此催请，并发愿祈祷，观想甘露光芒燃烧之流，净化并洗涤三门的衰损。念诵：嗡 萨玛雅，阿斯玛雅，吽 萨玛雅，嗡 希瓦 玛哈嘎拉 亚叉 贝塔利 吽 匝 嗡 班匝萨埵萨玛雅等口诀百字明，尽力念诵。第七，玛哈嘎拉极其吉祥之方便陀罗尼次第中，世尊秘密主金刚手亲自请问的口诀，出自弯刀堆叠续，内容如下：生生世世赐予胜者灌顶，生生世世守护教法，大能怙主，我向您顶礼。那摩 阿克里尼，那摩 约克里尼，那摩 塔克里尼，达地雅塔。嗡 希利 希利，吉地 泽地，尼地 巴达耶 梭哈。从前世至今，誓愿守护胜者教法，如今在此，为了教法兴盛，以及我等瑜伽士眷属，内外障碍平息，一切（307）吉祥。此段之意为：在修持期间，对上师和道友违犯誓言，朵玛供品的精华衰损，因吝啬而使定期朵玛供养过了年月，对教法的公心狭隘，信仰黑恶之人，对微小的食物也与施主争执

Not realizing the true nature of reality, practicing for a short time without seeing the face of the goddess. Few essential points, broken vows of monks, damaged commitments, mixing damages with gatherings, making up for damages, chatting during damages, mixing idle talk, breaking promises and vows, exceeding time limits, incomplete vow substances, damaged essence of tormas, not diligent in practice, distracted by laziness, spreading secret instructions to others, etc., confess with extreme regret. Confess, confess, assembly of wisdom dakinis, confess, confess, worldly messengers, please grant purification with great compassion. Thus, pray for confession to the goddess Kali. Sixth, in the sequence of the hundred-syllable visualization from the instructions (306), in the three places where the self-nature of the front-generated protector father-mother Vajrasattva Heruka resides, after the three syllables, recite the mantra garland of white, red, and blue rotating clockwise, thereby urging and praying, visualizing a stream of nectar light blazing, purifying and washing away the damages of the three doors. Recite: Om Samaya, Asmaya, Hum Samaya, Om Shiva Mahakala Yaksha Betali Hum Dza Om Vajrasattva Samaya, etc., as much as possible of the hundred-syllable mantra of the instructions. Seventh, in the sequence of the extremely auspicious method of Mahakala's dharani, this is what comes from the stacked curved knife tantra, which was personally requested by the Bhagavan secret lord Vajrapani: In all lifetimes, granting the empowerment of the victorious ones, in all lifetimes, protecting the teachings, powerful protector, I prostrate to you. Namo Akrini, Namo Yokrini, Namo Takrini, Tadyatha. Om Hili Hili, Kiti Tsiti, Niti Pataye Svaha. From past lives until now, vowing to protect the teachings of the victorious ones, now at this time, for the flourishing of the teachings, and for us yogis and retinue, may all outer and inner obstacles be pacified (307). The meaning of this is: during practice, breaking vows to the guru and dharma friends, the essence of the torma offerings is damaged, due to stinginess, the regular torma offerings have passed for years, having a narrow public mind for the teachings, believing in evil people, and arguing with patrons even over small amounts of food.
