Obedient to the command of the One Father Protector, the protector who guards the East is, the glorious blazing (279) one with a terrifying appearance, holding a jewel lasso in his hand, amidst hundreds of thousands of head ornaments, come here and partake of the adorned torma, accomplish the entrusted task. Obedient to the command of the One Father Protector, the Great Black One who guards the South, sending down great hail, holding great bliss, surrounded by a retinue of hundreds of thousands of Yama lords, come here and partake of the adorned torma, accomplish the entrusted task. Hūṃ! Obedient to the command of the One Father Protector, the glorious one who guards the West, riding a red-bodied, white-tailed mule, holding an oar, surrounded by a multitude of Nāga demons, come here and partake of the adorned torma, accomplish the entrusted task. Obedient to the command of the One Father Protector, the son of Vaiśravaṇa who guards the North, riding a lion, holding a great club, surrounded by a retinue of dark purplish Yakṣas, come here and partake of the adorned torma, accomplish the entrusted task. To tame the three realms, she rides a mule as a seat, As a symbol of not abandoning sorrow, she possesses iron fetters, For the spontaneous accomplishment of self-benefit, she is adorned with an elephant hide, For the perfect fulfillment of others' benefit, she is wrapped in a tiger skin, Possessing bodhicitta, the crown of her head is clear like the full moon, To realize wisdom, she is adorned with a sun disc at her navel, A sword to cut the tree of the three poisons, and Holding a mongoose, the symbol of a treasure of merit, (283) To perfect power and fierceness, her hair is a black snake, To attract afflictions, she bares her fangs at sharp teeth, To grind samsara on her tongue, she makes a clicking sound, To suppress wickedness in her heart, she glares fiercely.
