Incomparable lord of secret mantras, embodiment of the great bodhisattva, lord of assemblies, lord of the three realms with the good fortune of empowerment, praised by the luminous deity. Knower of when and how to subdue, knower of the emanation that subdues with what and how, knower of how to explain various doctrines, knower of the wisdom of explanation as it is, praised by the deity of immeasurable light. Great Lord, place of joy upon seeing, realm of activity like an ocean, place of the Buddha's teachings, definite divine lineage, place of the arising of proliferating assemblies, terrifying arising, seeing is the place of commitment, praised by the deity of small light. Praised by all the Buddhas for having no obstacles to the Dharma, praised by the Bodhisattvas for well protecting the retinue, praised by the Sangha for the flourishing of the Buddha's teachings, praised by all beings for increasing the accumulation of virtue, praised by the great Brahma deity. Guide, protector, upholder of the fallen three realms, unbearable poverty, also upholder of life, possessor of the wealth of the king and his entourage, offering for the glory of the Lord, praised by the deity who leads Brahma. Who is the perfect Buddha? He is the one who expands the sacred Dharma and shows everything. He is the one who protects sentient beings from harm. He is the one who perfectly worships the Sangha who have abandoned obscurations. The gods of the Thirty-Three praise: He protects the precious temple, He makes all the virtuous followers increase well, He makes all the young men and youth groups flourish. He subdues all heretical guides, enemies, and obstacles without exception. These are the praises of the gods of desire and form. Praise by the noble Manjushri: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ)! Cherishing in your heart the benefit of all sentient beings, If with faith (208) you generate supreme joy and see this, You are free from illness, joyful to behold, and your thoughts are perfectly accomplished. Adorned with the splendor of merit, you are exceedingly beautiful, By the blessings of the Lord of Hosts, you dispel harm, You are perfect in both this life and the next. Just as other desires arise in your mind, Likewise, grant all desires into your hands, Like a beautiful medicinal tree that destroys poison. Praise by Avalokiteśvara: I prostrate to the one who practices the ten perfections! I prostrate to the one who has abandoned the two obscurations! I prostrate to the one who has received the prophecy from the Teacher! I prostrate to the one who has realized the two selflessnesses! In the past, countless eons ago, Limitlessly and perfectly awakened, Yet, by the power of compassion, you work for the benefit of beings, Protector Avalokiteśvara, I prostrate to you! Praise by the Lord of Secrets: Protector, giver of glory, accustomed to enjoying the treasury of the sky. Perfect in morality, you have obtained a pure and meaningful place. Perfect in patience, your complexion is radiant and bright. Perfect in diligence, you possess the strength of the ten powers. Perfect in meditation, the vajra seat is unshakeable. Perfect in wisdom, you possess the eyes of the five wisdoms. Subduing the world with skillful means, you hold sandalwood in your hand. The accumulation of virtue has become strength, your crown is adorned and supreme. Master of aspirations, you possess all the worlds. Wisdom is spontaneously accomplished, rays of light radiate in all ten directions. Practicing the ten perfections, you are the lord of the ten bhūmis.
