and the reason for building the sixteenth and so on. It is said that the goddess prayed to the Blessed One and urged him. In the first chapter of the section on the collection of all the activities of the great black life (50) lineage deities: The Blessed One truly extracted it from the very heart of the subduer of the arrogant, and in the form of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), it abides in the space in front, and by the method of expanding and contracting, it truly accomplishes the body of the Great Black One. Therefore, it is believed. If there is no root Heruka, then "Build, I will urge this," and so on, and "Kye! Blessed One, please build and accomplish the benefit of sentient beings! Why do you think of emptiness?" and so on, there is no object of urging. Urging the seed syllable has never been seen anywhere. If it is thought that the root Heruka is the contemplation of Hevajra spoken of in other tantras, then the Hevajra spoken of here is the sixteen-armed one with the form of the Great Black One. Understand it this way, as it is said: The yogi should always speak of the actions of the sixteen arms. Wherever one contemplates the two arms, it is the meaning of accomplishing all siddhis. And, the movement of the mind is clear, after completing the sixteen arms, the two arms should be explained, just thinking about how to benefit sentient beings, in order to eliminate the suffering of sentient beings, think of the deity who can truly liberate from suffering. Thus. Therefore, the root Vajradhara is generated by the five-fold manifestation, reciting twice A A, I I, U (51) U, Ṛ Ṛ, Ḷ Ḷ, E AI, O AU, Aṃ Aḥ. The moon arising from Āli is the nature of mirror-like wisdom. With this first manifestation, the object to be purified, semen, is purified, and the body Vajra, the result of purification, is accomplished. Ka Kha Ga Gha Nga, Ca Cha Ja Jha Nya, Ṭa Ṭha Ḍa Ḍha Ṇa, Ta Tha Da Dha Na, Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma, Ya Ra La Va, Śa Ṣa Sa Ha, Kṣa recited twice. The sun arising from Kāli is the wisdom of equality. With this second manifestation, the object to be purified, dust, is purified, and the speech Vajra, the result of purification, is accomplished. With these two, the discriminations of womb-born, heat-born, and moisture-born are also purified. In the center of these, one's own mind is in the form of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ)

It is the nature of individual discernment.
