Okay. It's okay even if you don't do it. In those experiences, there will also be three: bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. Regarding bliss, the bliss of the body, first is the bliss mixed with afflictions, then the bliss without afflictions pervades the whole body, and finally, even when touched by hot and cold, etc., there will be a comfortable feeling. The bliss of the mind is joy and satisfaction in the heart, without all the pain in the heart, knowing joy, ease, and comfort, very clear, and an unrecognizable joy. Now thinking that there are no more afflictions, that one is a noble being, laughing for no reason, the lama is kind, I have nothing better than this, everything must be abandoned, there is nothing to do, only Dharma can be done, such arrogant thoughts will arise in large quantities, wanting to dance, making sounds for no reason, longing in the heart, etc. Sometimes even when practicing and doing things, one doesn't want to do it, feeling that one cannot practice at all, getting lost, getting completely lost, and it seems that afflictions have also become heavier, knowing that the mind is only dominated by dullness and agitation, unable to remember anything, longing in the heart, now it seems impossible to practice. Regarding clarity, the clarity of the five senses is a sign that the mind has grasped it. In the sight of the eyes, there appear smoke, sparks, mirages, lamps, moon, sun, firelight, etc., as well as bindus, light spheres, rainbows, etc. In addition, even when closing the eyes, one can see clearly, walking, form, sound, smell, taste, touch, etc. are rarely seen and experienced. The clarity of the mind, all thoughts of what should be abandoned and what should be adopted arise, awareness flashes, and one also knows that this is in accordance with dependent origination. Clear and bright, without dullness or sleep, it seems that one knows all dharmas, etc., many things appear. Non-conceptuality is, first, the mind is focused on anything, then the gross conceptual thoughts disappear, staying in the place where it is placed, and finally thinking that all conceptual activities have subsided. If one develops attachment and pride towards these experiences, it is called losing mindfulness in the experience, therefore one must abandon attachment to them. Just as "anything will grow on the summer land, anything will appear in the experience of a yogi," the way experiences manifest is uncertain, therefore one should not cling to them. Because "whatever you are attached to, let it go." Therefore, do not develop attachment and arrogance towards them.
