It is thought that the boundaries between the ground and the ground are difficult to determine. Because that is also the view, those with practical experience should analyze these and understand them in light of their own experience and understanding. However, from the one-pointed (རྩེ་གཅིག) accumulation path (ཚོགས་ལམ) and joining path (སྦྱོར་ལམ), the non-scattered (སྤྲོས་བྲལ) seeing path (མཐོང་ལམ), to the one taste (རོ་གཅིག), and to the non-meditation (སྒོམ་མེད) medium, the meditation path (སྒོམ་ལམ) and the non-meditation great, etc., are mostly established on the fruit of the Buddha. Zhang Rinpoche also said: When the superior realization arises, it is the ground of the seeing path, the extremely joyful ground. To become accustomed to the one taste realization itself is the meditation path. If there is no meditation, then it is the ultimate path. As Re Migma said: The places of the five paths and ten grounds, one-pointedness is the accumulation path, four, three, and twelve are the joining path, the four parts of the decisive division, non-scatteredness is the seeing path, the seven limbs of enlightenment obtain the first ground, the extremely joyful ground. One taste is the meditation path, the eight limbs of the noble path obtain the ninth ground, the good wisdom ground. Non-meditation is the ultimate path, the eleventh ground, the all-illuminating ground. As the accomplished Ling said: Initially, one-pointedness is the joining path, slightly arising certainty is the heat, its increase is the peak, the fearless mind is the forbearance. One-pointedness is the peak of worldly dharma, non-scatteredness is the seeing path, many one tastes manifest the realization of the ten grounds. Non-meditation, the eleventh ground, is the ultimate path. As Gyara said: Although grounds, etc., are not necessary for the path, if they are explained, then this is how it is thought. Offering a mandala is the accumulation path, the arising of experience is the joining path, the arising of realization is the meditation path, one taste is the eighth ground, non-meditation, the eleventh ground, is the ultimate path. And so on, there are many such statements. The nature of these four yogas and the order of quiescence and insight, subsequent knowledge, subsequent appearance, subsequent attainment, etc., what is to be abandoned and whether the qualities are complete or not, whether the nature is seen or not, etc., the classification, removing obstacles, the differences between the four yogas are divided into three types: large, medium, and small, the way to abandon the two obscurations, the way to travel the ground and path, etc., detailed content is in the old lineage guidebooks that have a basis, it is not written here, but those contents should be consulted and adopted and abandoned accordingly. If the experience of a yogi is condensed, the mind is clear and non-conceptual, clear and transparent, not scattered to other places, or in the continuum of the union of quiescence and insight, focusing on one object and abiding, that is one-pointedness. The mind...

The very nature of mind, appearing clearly and vividly in the unborn, is free from the elaborations of the three spheres, which is freedom from elaboration. Although various phenomena appear, they are of one taste in one's own mind, and all dualistic dharmas such as self and other, samsara and nirvana, become of one taste, which is one taste. No matter from which angle one looks at right and wrong, one's own mind is not established as anything such as the object of meditation or the meditator, and it appears clearly and luminously, which is called the yoga of no meditation. Therefore, examine your own mind stream. Consider whether our current virtuous practice is in a state of single-pointedness or where it is. When examining single-pointedness, also examine whether it is small, medium, etc. If it is in a lower state, then gradually strive to increase and enter into higher and higher states. The main method for increasing experience and realization is renunciation, the mind of renunciation, loving-kindness, and compassion, and especially without hypocrisy, to regard the lama as a Buddha, which arises only from the power of constant prayer. Having understood this, one should be diligent in making supplications, and furthermore, one must also strive with natural force in methods of increasing, eliminating obstacles, objects of focus, and methods with elaboration. These are taught by condensing the way of traversing the path, the four yogas, the thirty-two ways of arising, etc., into the essence, and expanding the elaborations of scriptures, etc. The detailed contents are clarified in the words of the Kagyu lineage masters and other documents, and should be properly studied by fortunate disciples who will be shown how it is possessed in the mind stream of realized lamas. In detail, each of the four yogas can be divided into small, medium, and large, and each can be practiced in one session. This is the ninety-ninth dharma session. If condensed, the four yogas can be combined into one place, and one session can be practiced here. Fourth, the way to manifest the fruit: In this way, the four yogas and the thirty-two arise properly in the mind stream, and from no meditation to the end, one obtains the fruit of perfect and complete enlightenment. In this, also because the dharmadhatu and wisdom become one, one cultivates the union of calm and insight in the fundamental meaning, thereby manifesting the two fruits of the dharmakaya and the rupakaya. The dharmakaya is the realization of the essence of vipashyana, or the fruit of the perfection of the nature of non-discrimination, and the rupakaya is
