From then on, pray for the granting of the supreme and excellent accomplishment, pray for the granting of the accomplishment of the Great Seal. Thus say. If you wish, offer all of the bodies, possessions, and virtuous roots of all beings in the ten directions and three times, including myself and limitless sentient beings, to the Lama and the Three Jewels. Thus and so on. May the all-knowing and all-seeing deities consider this. Thus and so on, and also through whatever means you know, such as general confession, the seven-branch prayer, and praise, strive to accumulate merit and purify obscurations. Finally, dissolve the assembly of deities of the accomplished mandala into yourself, inseparable, and dedicate the merit to enlightenment. As a sign of the completion of the accumulation, one does not feel hungry even if one does not eat much food. By opening wisdom, one understands many teachings that one did not understand before. One remembers many teachings that one had forgotten before, and joy arises, and one is able to use one's intelligence. In dreams, many women give food and drink, or the sun and moon rise, one goes upwards, one frolics in a field of flowers and picks flowers, one wears new clothes, one wears ornaments, one crosses a river and is ferried to the other side, one builds a boat or bridge on the water, one sees a mandala and a mirror, one blows a conch shell, one beats a large drum, one plays music, one sees a temple, and so on. However, dreaming of it only once is not reliable, so if these signs occur repeatedly in actual experience, meditative experience, and dreams, then it is a true sign of the completion of the accumulation. Thirteenth Dharma discourse, twelfth contemplation. Fourth, the Guru Yoga for quickly receiving blessings: The root of all realization and experience is Guru Yoga, and therefore, if a worthy disciple prays single-mindedly and without hypocrisy to a virtuous Guru, and offers irreversible devotion, then in this lifetime and in this body, one can realize the wisdom of the Great Seal, without deception. In particular, our lineage is a lineage of blessings, and if the blessings of the Guru are not received, then realization and experience cannot arise, but once blessings are received, then all the realizations of the meaning of empowerment arise in an instant in the mindstream. For this to arise, there must also be a karmic connection between the Guru and the disciple, and a virtuous Guru is needed. According to the Vinaya, two Khenpos are needed, one for ordination and one for full ordination.

There are five kinds of teachers (Acharyas): the ordination teacher, the abiding teacher, the reciting teacher, the secret instruction teacher, and the novice teacher. As stated in the Root Sutra: "For the sake of ordination and full ordination, some monks abide in the position of Abbot." It also says, "He is the Acharya, the secret instructor, the one who performs actions, the one who provides a dwelling, and also the one who recites." These Abbots must also possess four qualities. The four qualities are: being disciplined, stable, knowledgeable, and possessing the qualities of benefiting others. The qualities of benefiting others are: having compassion and patience, having a pure inner circle, benefiting both Dharma and material things, being diligent, having consistent views, being skilled in speech, understanding the meaning, wisdom abiding in its own nature, and body, speech, and mind abiding in their own nature. It is also said: "Having compassion for the sick, having a pure retinue, benefiting both Dharma and material things, being diligent, and admonishing at the right time, these are praised as Lamas." Among the Acharyas, the novice teacher is a monk who possesses six qualities and is skilled in bestowing the novice vows, possessing seven qualities. The six qualities are: possessing pure full ordination vows, having consistent views, possessing three names, abiding in an ordinary body, and the mind abiding in its own nature. The secret instructor, in addition to the above six qualities, is skilled in questioning obstacles. The one who performs actions possesses the complete qualities of performing actions, and for the ritual of actions, not even half a word is mistaken, and it flows from the heart. The abiding teacher, in addition to possessing the four characteristics mentioned for the Abbot, can also purify the disciple's lineage by transmitting the principles of acceptance and rejection of the Sutras and Vinaya. The reciting teacher, for the ordained, possesses their own pure vows, abides in their own nature, has consistent views, is well-versed in the Dharma they have learned, and with the wisdom of explaining, debating, and composing the three baskets (Tripitaka), can enable the disciple's lineage to possess the wealth of the three trainings. According to the Mahayana view, there are various types of Lamas, such as the Paramita vehicle Lama and the Tantric vehicle Lama. The first, as stated in the Bodhicharyavatara: "One should always rely on a virtuous friend, who is skilled in the meaning of the Great Vehicle, and whose conduct is that of a supreme Bodhisattva, who would not abandon even for the sake of life." And in the Ratnagotravibhāga:
