Since Sakya Pandita and the protectors Nagarjuna, father and son, and others have repeatedly stated that one is a Buddha, not just once. We Madhyamikas, if we do not investigate, then we establish that other knowable things exist; however, we should not specifically argue whether the wisdom of the Buddha exists or not. Just as in worldly appearances, we establish that phenomena such as form, which are conventional truths, exist, so too does the wisdom of the Buddha exist. However, if we investigate, then in the view of the Tathagata, all elaborations such as whether the wisdom of the Buddha exists or not are abandoned, and all phenomena are also free from elaboration. This is not just once, because it is important, it has been repeatedly stated, and it will continue to be stated. The investigation into whether the Buddha has wisdom or not, this is from the unsurpassed Prasangika Madhyamaka literature of Khu Lotsawa in the land of snow, and having seen its reasonableness, it is stated as such. Secondly, there are three parts: the explanation of the Sambhogakaya, the Nirmanakaya, and the Emanation Body. First: The peaceful body appears like a wish-fulfilling tree, Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, it is without discrimination. To liberate beings, it constantly abides in the world, This is free from elaboration, yet it can appear. The Sambhogakaya, which manifests the Dharmakaya, is peaceful in nature, because it is peaceful in nature due to being free from mind and mental factors. However, like a wish-fulfilling tree, the actions of benefiting sentient beings are clearly manifested. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, although it is without discrimination, it accomplishes the desires of those to be tamed. This body remains constantly until beings are not liberated, that is, until samsara is not empty, in order to enable the world to obtain the wealth of higher realms and definite goodness, as long as space exists. This Sambhogakaya only appears to those Bodhisattvas who have attained the tenth ground, are free from elaboration, have accumulated the two accumulations, and have obtained the mirror of immaculate wisdom. The Sambhogakaya has five certainties: the certainty of place is Akanishta; the certainty of essence is adorned with marks and signs; the certainty of retinue is the Bodhisattvas of the tenth ground; the certainty of time is continuous; the certainty of enjoyment is only enjoying the Dharma of the Great Vehicle. The Buddhas.

The form body of the physical form, possessing radiant marks and signs. For sentient beings, it can manifest various forms according to their own wishes. It arises from the immeasurable accumulation of merit, and is the son of the Victorious One. The bodhisattvas on the ten bhumis will see such a form. This is the complete Dharma Enjoyment Body, which is enjoyed by the bodhisattvas. All dharmas abide only in their own nature, and from such wisdom, Buddhahood is proclaimed. In the Akaniṣṭha heaven, it is believed that one should personally practice it. It is said that arising from the immeasurable accumulation of merit indicates a definite time (375a). The rest is easy to understand. Here, many Tibetans, both earlier and later, such as Zilong Chokdenpa Chenpo, say that in the Uttaratantra, it says: Just as various colors make a jewel appear to be not the real thing, similarly, due to various conditions, the pervasive lord appears to be not the real thing. And, the symbolic body of the sages is the realm of perfect excellence. And, just as the image of the moon in a cloudless sky is seen in the clear autumn lake, similarly, the assembly of bodhisattvas will see the form of the pervasive lord in the mandala of the complete Buddha. And, just as on a pure beryl ground, the image of the body of the lord of the gods appears, similarly, on the pure ground of sentient beings' minds, the image of the body of the Sage of the Shakyas will appear. And, this is called the appearance of one's own mind, but ordinary beings do not understand it. And, due to the arising and ceasing of virtue, the form body of the Buddha also arises and ceases. Like Indra, the Dharma body of the Sage has no arising and ceasing. And so on, many things are said. In the Great Commentary on the Eight Thousand Verses, etc., it is also said that the form body is not the Buddha. In particular, it is absolutely impossible for the form body to be a material thing, and the true form body should be established on the body of wisdom. That's what they say. By saying so, these people have not understood the meaning at all, because they seem not to have understood the meaning of those scriptures. If it is according to their wishes, then it will be contrary to the intention of the scriptures (375b). Because what those scriptures rely on is the Dharma body that is free from elaboration, which is experienced, seen, or known by the complete and perfect Buddha himself through his own self-aware wisdom, that is, what they understand.
