Those are neither permanent nor annihilated. Those dependent arising phenomena are neither permanent nor annihilated, because there is no self-nature in either of the two truths, like an image. Therefore, apart from this, we should ask the great Tsongkhapa and his followers: Your own school establishes the self-nature and characteristics of the two truths very well, if so, even if you say that it has characteristics and self-nature, in the end you are only talking about views, and the profound meaning of emptiness, which is liberated from all extremes such as permanence and annihilation, has been abandoned from afar. Because you acknowledge that all worldly phenomena exist as established by conventional valid cognition in the conventional sense, and the ultimate truth is established as unreal and selfless by rational valid cognition, therefore you also acknowledge its existence in the ultimate sense. In this way, the tenets previously established in the root and commentary of these treatises will become the tenets that you yourself acknowledge, because you acknowledge self-nature in both of the two truths, in the conventional sense you acknowledge the self-nature of existence, and in the ultimate sense you acknowledge the self-nature of non-existence as not truly existing. Regarding this, self-nature is not acknowledged, self-nature is only established on the basis of the object being truly established from its own side and independently. Merely establishing the self-nature or one's own essence of the existence or non-existence of the two truths will not become an acknowledgment of self-nature. That's what they say. The examination of the existence or non-existence of self-nature in relation to the two truths by the Complete Perfect Buddha and the glorious protector Nagarjuna and others was done in the context of worldly conventions entering knowable objects through nomenclature, but not examining the existence or non-existence of essence and self-nature in the essence or self-nature of the two truths, and even less examining the existence or non-existence of self-nature in a phenomenon like the non-existent rabbit's horn and sterile woman's child, because there is no need to do so. In particular, the true establishment that is the object of negation of the reason accepted by Tsongkhapa is not essence and self-nature even in the appearance of either of the two truths, even in the appearance of worldly people, therefore, the emptiness of the self-nature of such a thing does not establish the emptiness of the self-nature of the two truths. Just as the rabbit's horn is not born, it will not cause the sprout not to be born, the sterile woman's son does not possess life,

Just as a son given by the earth god will not become without life. Moreover, according to you, the so-called "self-nature" should only be established on the true establishment of things in the way they exist with their own entity. Because the so-called "no self-nature" only refers to the fact that things are not truly established in the way they exist with their own entity. The reason is accepted. The pervasion is accepted by the world. If you admit it, then the truly established dharma should exist on the knowable. Because the knowable has measureable establishment on its own nature, on its characteristics, and on its own entity of the two truths, how can there be any self-nature pervaded by true establishment? The meaning of the words. In the conventional, the karma of cause and effect that is established by name and measure is not deceptive, and is not an object that can be harmed by reason, this dharma. Such a thing should be permanent. Such a thing, its functional part, is not the object to be negated by the Madhyamaka reason on the two truths. If it is not so, then the name and measure establish that it exists, so it will not be regarded as the annihilation of non-existence. If it exists or is permanent, then it is not non-existence and annihilation. The reason is accepted. The pervasion is accepted by the world. If you admit (182a), what will happen? Also, wherever the existence of things is established by measure, if it is not the self-truth that does not deceive, then this dharma. The phenomena of dependent arising like illusion should be cut off. Because the cause and condition of the name and measure established that its own entity is not true, the result of the phenomena is not deceptive, and falsehood will not occur in the name and measure, the cause and effect of the name and measure established will produce self-truth. The reason is accepted. The pervasion is accepted by the world. Didn't Nagarjuna say this long ago? The pervasion is accepted by the world, which is said in the "Madhyamaka Emptiness Theory" by the great peacock master Bodhicitta. As it is said: Those who follow the Madhyamaka, and the opposite statements, are accepted by the world. If you argue in accordance with the world, then the undisputed great master Nagarjuna and Chandrakirti are only repeating his words. Otherwise, following and reversing have not been accepted anywhere. In short, any dharma of existence or non-existence is not established as one's own tenet by the Madhyamaka. If you establish and admit it in this way, then you will fall into the extremes of permanence and annihilation.
