The valid cognition that is infallible, abides in the ability to accomplish meaning, because it is said in the scriptures, "It is not deceptive." The Svatantrika school believes that things that are established as ultimately true are established as valid and non-deceptive. How can this be the main object of refutation? If you can say that the teachings of the Lord Sakya Pandita are beneficial to the teachings of the Sakya school and are free from error, that is fine. If not, the Sakya school itself cannot prove that it is in accordance with the scriptures with any reason, but it is said to be the doctrine of the Sakya school, and it takes great effort, which is the greatest waste of life and merit! Second: Due to the power of cataracts, for hair and so on, whatever inverted nature is conceived, wherever the pure eyes are, what is seen is its nature, likewise, here you should know. I want to say the truth first, and then show the second truth. That is because it is not the real object of consciousness and sound. In order to make everyone experience it together, it is shown by analogy: a person with cataracts, due to the power of cataracts, conceives that there is an inverted nature of food, drink, hair, etc. , wanting to eliminate them, he works very hard to turn the vessel. When a person with pure eyes goes to him and does not find hair in the vessel, he will not think about its characteristics, such as whether hair is real or unreal, whether its color is blue like a peacock's neck or not. Therefore, to a person with impure eyes, a person with pure eyes says that there is no hair in this vessel (162b), and the speaker is not guilty of slander. The reality of hair and so on is what the pure eyes see in the vessel, and what the impure eyes see is not its reality. Similarly, when distinguishing between the two truths, because ignorance does not see the reality, clinging to the aggregates and so on is conventional. The complete enlightenment, free from the cataracts of ignorance, does not see the aggregates like hair, but sees its own nature, know that this is the ultimate truth. Therefore, in the Buddha Land, the defilements caused by the two ignorances completely disappear, so the conventional appearance does not appear, which is the uncommon doctrine of the Consequentialist school. So, does the complete enlightenment not see the aggregates like hair? Because he did not see any elaboration.

To illustrate that situation, it's like doubting whether one can write in the sky, because one doesn't see the ability to write, so one understands that it's impossible to write. In the 'Arya Entering the Two Truths,' it says: 'Son of the gods, if, in terms of ultimate truth, the ultimate truth were to become the nature of the objects of body, speech, and mind, then it would not be counted as the ultimate truth, but would become the conventional truth. However, son of the gods, in terms of ultimate truth, the ultimate truth is beyond all expressions, undifferentiated, unborn, unceasing, and separate from what can be said, saying, what can be known, and knowing. Son of the gods, the ultimate (163a) truth is beyond the limits of all excellent aspects and the realm of the omniscient wisdom; therefore, it is not as it is said to be the ultimate truth. All dharmas are false, they are deceptive dharmas. Son of the gods, the ultimate truth cannot be shown. Why is that? Because all those dharmas that show, what is shown, and from what it is shown are all utterly unborn in ultimate truth. Unborn dharmas cannot explain unborn dharmas.' Thus, it is extensively said. Therefore, in that suchness, distinctions such as objects related to its realm, non-objects, one's own objects, others' objects, truth, non-truth, permanent, impermanent, permanent, impermanent, happiness, suffering, pure, impure, self, non-self, empty, non-empty, characteristics, bases of characteristics, one, other, birth, cessation, and so on, do not exist, because its own essence is not found. Therefore, for contemplating that suchness, only the noble ones are valid cognizers, not the non-noble ones. This extensive explanation shows that the ultimate is not the object of consciousness, and that consciousness, mind, thought, and all mental formations arising from the mind, all consciousnesses, when entering the ultimate, cannot tolerate even a moment's flow apart from pacification. As it is said: The ultimate is not the realm of consciousness; consciousness is conventional.
