It should be established in this way. In the Uttaratantra, it says, "Whatever is the conceptualization of the three spheres, that is said to be the obscuration of knowledge." Therefore, all conventional phenomena do not appear to the Buddhas in all ways, because all phenomena appear in all ways, due to the perfect and complete enlightenment. The flow of mind and mental factors has ceased completely. Therefore, by the power of being deluded by ignorance, both with and without afflictions, the Bhagavan spoke of both conventional truth and merely conventional. Among them, what ordinary beings see as conventional truth is seen by the noble ones as false, merely a conventional appearance, while the emptiness of the nature of merely conventional is the ultimate truth in the face of the noble ones' meditative equipoise. The Buddhas do not see anything other than the infallible ultimate truth, while ordinary people only cling to the deceptive nature of conventional truth. Therefore, for the perfect Buddha, since both ignorance with and without afflictions have ceased, both the conventional truth and the merely conventional results have disappeared. With this key point, the statement of the venerable Rongtön Sheja Kunrig (1367-1449) is: If the Tathagatas also have the appearance of objects such as form, then they would become not having abandoned delusion, because false objects appear, just like consciousness in dreams and so on. If you say that although they appear, they do not become delusion because there is no clinging to truth, then just as someone with cataracts sees hairs in the sky and two moons, etc., because they do not appear to cling to the thought that these are real hairs and two moons, etc., they will not become delusion. If you say that the impure appearance of earth, stones, etc., is caused by ignorance, so the Tathagatas do not appear, while the pure golden ground and the immeasurable palace of jewels, etc., are the self-appearance of wisdom (160b) appearing as the uninterrupted power, so because they exist, they will not become having delusion, then, that pure appearance is also not established as true, because it arises from roots of virtue such as aspiration prayers and purification of the field, so it is interdependent arising. If these did not arise from cause and condition, but were established by their own nature, then what is the difference between them and the outsiders? Snow, camphor, fire
