That which is cognized by the world, the world itself is true, and the rest are established as reversed from the world itself. Just as worldly people's views have both correct and reversed aspects, so it is with objects as well. Whatever is to be apprehended by the six senses, which are free from harm by internal and external confusion, is what is cognized by the world. That is true in the world itself, because it appears as such to the world, is clung to as true, and does not deceive in conventional terms. However, for the noble ones, it is not true, because they do not see anything in equipoise, and the appearance in the subsequent attainment is said to be delusion. The rest, which appear as objects of senses with harm, are established as reversed in relation to the truth and falsehood of the world itself, because some worldly people have appearance but no clinging to truth for such objects, and some have clinging to truth but no appearance, so they do not establish conventional terms in the objects of common acceptance and rejection. Among them, such as blurred vision and jaundice, and those who have eaten Datura, are the causes of delusion that harm the senses internally. Sesame oil, rock caves, and the proximity of the sun's rays in spring in desolate lands are the causes of delusion of the senses externally, because even without internal causes of delusion, they cause consciousness to appear as images, rock crevices, and mirages of water. Similarly, the medicines and mantras prepared by illusionists and others are also external conditions. The cause of delusion of the sense of mind is formed by the wrong conceptions of internal and external non-Buddhists, etc. (155b), or the apparent inference based on what is established and not established by innate wrong conceptions. Here, some Tibetans say that the difference between Prasangika and Svatantrika is established by whether or not one admits the difference between correct and reversed in the conventional truth in one's own system, and that there is also the difference between correct and reversed in the Prasangika's system, and that there is none in conventional terms, all of which are unreasonable, because even in the Svatantrika's own system, if there is absolutely no difference between correct and reversed in the appearance of the present and the appearance of dreams, then what need is there to mention that there is a difference between correct and reversed in the Prasangika's own system? If the distinction between correct and reversed is not established in conventional terms in relation to the world, then the fundamental meaning of the three verses of the scripture

Because it contradicts the statement including (truth) and falsehood. If the Svatantrika does not admit the names of true and false in its own system, then it contradicts the two truths, "Although appearances are similar, their functions are different, because of the ability and inability." If you say so, although the Svatantrika has made the distinction between true and false, it is not the Svatantrika's own system, but it is said as it is said in the world. In the explanation of that, it is said: People in the world recognize that water, etc., and mirages, etc., are true and untrue. In fact, the two are exactly the same in terms of no self-nature. And, in the commentary, it is said: If there is a difference between true and untrue, then things are not self-nature, thinking of this, it is said, "In fact, the two are," and so on. If you ask: How is self-nature the same? The answer is: It is said, "In terms of no self-nature." And, if you ask: Why? The answer is: Because that which functions is also without self-nature. If it is not so, how can the Svatantrika use many false examples such as dreams and illusions to prove that all dharmas are without self-nature? Because the example and the meaning have no similarity. If so, then the Svatantrika believes that the conventional truth is established by the conventional measure on the level of name, because the horses and cattle, etc., that appear to be deceived by the illusion mantra are established by that consciousness on the level of being deceived. If you ask: Why not admit that the conventional truth is also established in its own system on the level of ultimate truth? The Svatantrika does not admit that, because the reasoning you set up does not have pervasiveness. To the statement "It does not have pervasiveness over it," the great Madhyamika Chandrakirti said: If the Svatantrika says so, it is not only not pervasive, but it is also saying contradictory pervasiveness. Like this, it should not be said that the conventional truth like illusion is established and to be established in name by the measure of name, that is, correct reasoning. Because you have said that all conventional dharmas like illusion do not have the self-nature of being truly established or ultimately established or truly appearing. In the Clear Words, it is said: Because of this, he admitted that the reason was not established by his own expression, therefore the things'
