Because there is no reason for it to be established. Firstly, it is established that if the four extremes of existence and non-existence, which are substantial in the context of negating the self, are not negated, then it will not become a negation of the self. Because if one negates the substantially existent self and then establishes the substantially non-existent self, one must admit the substantially existent self. Because if the substantially non-existent self exists, one must admit the substantially existent self that it negates. Just as substantially existent fire negates and eliminates substantially existent cold touch. Like you, thinking that the necessity of negating everything primarily, because the substantially existent self has already been negated in the context of negating the self, and here one is obstructing the existence of the substantially non-existent self, that is merely a manifestation of darkness. In the middle, in the context of negating the self, all substantially existent true selves that rely on persons and phenomena are cut off as unreasonable in both truths. Finally, thinking that in the context of negating everything, even the slightest mark of affirmation and negation established by realization, which is not substantial, is separated from speech and thought, according to the oral instructions of the Kagyu Dakpo Lhaje, it is merely in that which is called the unadulterated ordinary consciousness that one negates. Thus, giving up on that which has gone into the realm of non-elaboration, it is merely given the name of negating everything. In the middle, in the context of negating the self, if one does not negate the substantially existent self and does not establish the substantially non-existent self, saying that this is the self-system that places the Prasangika above the Svatantrika, this is truly uttering a great lie. Because you yourselves sometimes say that the Prasangika does not establish any self-system (146a), and if one establishes a self-system, it will become an establishment, so saying that there is no self-system, if that is true, then here he says he establishes a self-system, it is impossible not to lie. Also, do you think that the Prasangika Madhyamika has many self-systems, whether or not they establish a self-system for their own system? If so, it is unreasonable for you to negate others by making it the essence of the doctrine that the Prasangika Madhyamika does not have this self-system, because the Prasangika has many self-systems, whether or not they establish a self-system for their own system. Think well!

The well-spoken words that one prides oneself on examining so meticulously are like the efforts of children decorating sandcastles with pillars and beams made of gold. Some say that the contradiction of the two truths is inexpressible, and the essence is inexpressible as other, which seems to imply that one essence has different contradictions. If so, the fault of one essence has already been stated. According to their view, different contradictions are also not permissible, because the two truths are established as essence in meaning, and untouched in the meaning of contradiction, being merely conceptual imputations. Therefore, even if conceptual thought grasps contradictions as different, the two truths do not become different in meaning. Furthermore, some say that it is not one of non-difference, but it is not another substance, which is also contradictory. If so, it becomes one of non-difference, established as substance, because it is not another substance. The three wheels have been promised. (146b) Some Jonangpas say that those two are different by negating oneness, which is extremely contradictory. Just like the ālaya and the nature of the ālaya, in the continuum of one individual, there are simultaneously the knowledge to be abandoned and the antidote knowledge, or the omniscient wisdom, and the knowledge that is discordant with it. This is pervasive. Just like the ālaya and the nature of the ālaya, when one of the two truths is negated, it must be said that those two are different in the continuum of one individual simultaneously. If those two are different in the continuum of one individual, then the two truths become separated, because you also do not want that there, so the difference by negating oneness is also in the context of the appearing objects of both direct perception and inference. In the Pramāṇaviniścaya, it says: "Here, what is called difference should also be seen as the negation of non-difference, but not as the difference of objects." Relying on this treatise, Tibetan teachers have merely made names. If, in accordance with that scripture, one considers the two truths to be different by negating oneness, then it contradicts the meaning of that scripture. Just as that scripture negates the oneness of the appearing object and does not have the difference of the appearing object, it must be explained as negating the difference of the two truths, and the two truths are not essentially different and objectively different in meaning. However, you reverse the meaning of that scripture, because you believe that the two truths are essentially different and objectively different in meaning.
