Thatness of object's own nature, etc., are its extensive explanations, therefore, Sangye Kyang's reasoning was not understood by Lekden. It is written as such. Secondly, some people think that Sangye Kyang's way of refuting self-origination is not reasonable, because establishing meaninglessness, etc., for non-self-origination, is that a Svatantrika reasoning or a Prasangika reasoning? If it is the former, it is extremely unreasonable, because there is a part of establishment, because of the reason of the establishing property and, like the existence of knowledge, because an example showing pervasion is not stated. If the fault spoken by others, with the self-nature of the result existing, does not arise, if Sangye establishes it, then it is establishing what is already established, because the Samkhyas also do not allow the result to arise when it already exists, and because arising with the self-nature of the cause existing is meaningless. If so, it becomes a contradictory reason, because all arising has a cause, and because the fault of the proposition and the reason are not clarified. If it is the latter, Prasangika, then because it is a Prasangika statement, it contradicts the meaning of the present situation, therefore, what is to be established and, the meaning of the contradiction of its property reason, these will become manifest, because things will arise from others, and arising will become with the self-nature of the result, and arising will become with the self-nature of having an end. If so, then the Madhyamikas do not allow those three tenets, therefore, it will contradict the tenets, thus stating the fault. Regarding this, in the writings of the ancients, Lekden authors, etc., refutation must pervade contradiction, therefore, if self-origination is prevented, then one must admit other-origination, this Prasangika counter-charge exists in all tenets, thus boasting, when the great Prasangika master Jowo Hasumati came to Tibet, the Tibetan teachers asked: Is the Madhyamika tenet itself good? He replied: Tenet refers to view, all views should be abandoned, therefore, the Madhyamikas do not want Prasangika counter-charge, but in all confused tenets, a disease-like reasoning that arises pervasively, merely not admitting that, one gets the bad name of the tenet being good. Thus he said, Lekden authors, etc., on the side of admitting the establishing Prasangika, on the contrary meaning, Svatantrika increases.
