Then, abide in this, or not abide in cutting off the superimposition? If according to the first case, the wisdom measure born of meditation, in the way of cutting off, cuts off the superimposition of mind and mental factors (352a). For the elimination, if this wisdom directly manifests that objects, mind, and mental factors do not arise, and is comprehended by each self-cognizant wisdom, then for the samadhi that prevents the emptiness of dharmata, both object and wisdom exist. In this way, entering into cessation samadhi also becomes merely a name. If according to the second case, if the wisdom measure born of meditation does not cut off the superimposition, then the samadhi of entering into samadhi to prevent suchness will not be non-inverted. If there is doubt, the wisdom measure born of meditation cuts off the superimposition that is not in accordance with cessation samadhi and enters into samadhi. When cutting off in this way, for the elimination, mind, mental factors not arising, etc., no dharma is established, and it will not appear before this wisdom. Therefore, the wisdom measure born of meditation cuts off all the extremes of the proliferation of mind and mental factors, and for its elimination, for the nature of mind and mental factors not arising, it abides in a way that is neither existent nor non-existent, neither manifest nor non-manifest, because it abides in a way of non-abiding. In this way, in the samadhi of abiding that prevents suchness in a way of non-abiding, at that time, the appearance of the object and the wisdom of the object-possessor in cessation samadhi will not become one or different, it should be known. Second, although it is a meditation that always belongs to cessation, it also generates compassion for beings without protectors. If someone asks: After directly realizing cessation, will one abandon benefiting others? It is not so. Because he always obtains the ability to enter into (352b) samadhi of cessation, so in the main practice, although he has the intention belonging to nirvana, in the preliminary and subsequent practices, because he has the intention of love belonging to samsara, he will also generate great compassion for beings without protectors. Third, the Sugatas, speech-born, and intermediate Buddhas above that, all can be defeated by wisdom. Bodhisattvas on the sixth ground, such as the seventh ground above that, Sugatas, speech-born Shravakas, and Buddhas.

And also defeats all the other opponents in one's own country with the power of wisdom. Fourth: Merely the conventional truth can make the snow-white wings expand widely, just like the king of swans being surrounded by the swans of sentient beings, and under the strong impetus of the wind of virtuous deeds, reaching the supreme shore of the ocean of perfect Buddha's merits. This bodhisattva, compared to before, burns even more fiercely with the acts of giving, etc., of the conventional truth. Moreover, having realized the ultimate truth of suchness, like the king of swans with wings spread wide, without the defilement of self-interest, becomes snow-white and expanded. This sixth-ground bodhisattva, being surrounded in front by his own disciples, the swans of sentient beings, with numerous merits, by the strong force of the wind of virtuous deeds of the two accumulations, reaches the supreme shore of the ocean of perfect Buddha's merits, which is inexhaustible and unfathomable. Here it is said: For the suchness of speculation and all things, nothing can be seen and realized, and the mind is also completely empty by the nature of knowing and perceiving, through equipoise, the perfection of wisdom will be completed. If, after rising from that equipoise, one merely clings to the dependent and imputed causes and conditions, even if it appears to that consciousness, through conceptual and non-conceptual consciousness, for the function of the appearance, existence or non-existence, samsara or nirvana, etc., the grasper and the grasped established there, even though free from elaboration, for the sentient beings deluded by the elaboration of the grasper and the grasped, how can one well explain the reason why all parts of this merely appearing dharma of samsara and nirvana are not true, even if it is merely an appearance, because it is established dependently, from the emptiness of self-nature, appearance cannot be prevented, in all aspects, believing that it exists, this is also clinging to a slight remainder of the dharma of elaboration, how can one perfect the supreme principle of Madhyamaka? Thus it is said. From the Entering the Middle Way, the sixth generation of thought. From the Entering the Middle Way, the explanation of the sixth generation of thought called Manifest is completed. The sixth generation of thought, Manifest.
