Then, how should one speak of the mere appearances for oneself and others who have not yet become peaceful? As long as those who appear in this way conform to their appearances, one speaks of karma, cause and effect, etc., as not being deceptive. If one examines the appearance of cause and effect as not being deceptive, it appears as not being deceptive in dependence. However, the cause and effect that is not deceptive, established by its own entity and nature, is not established. Therefore, the non-deceptive nature of karma, cause and effect, is also because each entity is emptiness. In this way, one makes the world realize by being free from elaboration, and by the wisdom arising from hearing, thinking, and meditating, one goes to the other shore, thereby being free from delusion, gaining mastery over irreversible wisdom, and realizing perfect enlightenment. Therefore, regarding the refutation and removal of the appearances of conventional truth, as long as those appearances have not been reversed, worldly people should strive. Regarding the equipoise of noble yogis who are free from objects of focus like the sky, there is nothing to be removed. Consider this. In the song of my great father, Raspa, it is said: For those who see karma and its effects as real, There are all sorts of contradictions of grasping at reality. For the reality of karma and its effects, which is without focus, What use are the contradictions of grasping at reality? What use is the establishment of the two truths? All of that is worldly chatter, The world argues meaninglessly. When the object of focus, the basis of argument, is pacified, And the knot is naturally untied, The opponents who hold to philosophical tenets, No matter what accusations they make, looking for flaws, It is like throwing weapons at the sky, When not even a hair's breadth is affected, There is no action that is not inaction. So it is said. Apart from that, mere appearance does not need to be refuted by reasoning, and if it cannot be refuted, it will become like this: mere appearance will also become the ultimate truth, because it is not harmed by reasoning and is worthy of examination. Furthermore, worldly people will not realize that very suchness, because those who hold to the reality of deceptive worldly phenomena cannot be refuted by reasoning. It is pervasive, because if it cannot be refuted by reasoning, then it is equally impossible to refute it by the path. If it is not an object to be refuted by reasoning and the path, then there is no other refuter. Then, all the world and proponents of philosophical tenets

If, like erroneous concepts, it is not analyzed, why not express it in the terms of sectarian debaters, acknowledging the views of others according to worldly parlance? Because most of the terms of sectarian debaters are set by conjecture, they acknowledge many things that do not exist in the unanalyzed world, so here we do not mainly express it according to their terms. However, it is not entirely impossible to express it to others according to the terms of sects, thereby preventing the conjectures of other sects. Because the Madhyamikas, by stating the reasoning of Vijnanavada, prevent the jointly determined atoms, thereby also preventing the external objects recognized by the Vaibhashikas. Therefore, by preventing others through the reputation of others, there is no harm of refutation to oneself, and this method of reasoning that destroys the tenets of others, well explained by Acharya Buddhapalita and Chandrakirti, is called the great discourse of the Madhyamikas, famous like the sun and the moon. Even so, merely because that reasoning is stated, it does not mean that the reasoning established by the Madhyamikas themselves has been expressed. If the Madhyamikas, in order to guide other trainees, can state the conjectures of those sectarian debaters without analysis, is that permissible? It is not forbidden to do so. Because due to necessity, the Bhagavan himself has also taught some provisional meanings as they are. The Madhyamikas also, considering other intentions, have repeatedly stated in the Madhyamika treatises the five knowledges, the three natures, the eight consciousnesses, and so on, due to necessity. For example, Acharya Nagarjuna, in the Bodhicitta-vyakhyana, explained the classification of the Alaya-vijnana. In accordance with this, the great incarnation of Lord Nagarjuna, the protector of the three realms, Drigungpa, in the "One Intention," said: Although there are many who elevate sects here in Tibet, I believe that the nature of the Pratimoksha vows, according to the view of the Vaibhashikas, is non-cognitive, unobstructed form. Second, it is divided into two: avoiding contradiction with the meaning of the Dasabhumika Sutra, and avoiding contradiction with the meaning of other sutras. First, explaining that the word "merely" has the meaning of excluding other authors.
