Because they falsely say that these are all conventional truths, and that the ultimate truth of self-nature spontaneously present is a common basis. Those who speak of Madhyamaka, whether ordinary or noble, do not establish the common basis of the two truths as appearing in manifest objects, which contradicts the great tenets. The ultimate truth of self-nature spontaneously present, if it is not the self-nature or unconditioned nature of all dharmas, then it is not the ultimate truth, because it cannot be fabricated by arising and ceasing, etc. Your essence channels, winds, bindus, etc., are contradictory as fabricated. Furthermore, if you accept the ultimate truth of self-nature spontaneously present as fabricated, then the "ultimate" in the ultimate truth of self-nature spontaneously present is merely imputed, and it has not become the ultimate truth that distinguishes the two truths (28b). Then, for the establishment of essence, from the perspective of the two truths, establishing the unsurpassed profound difference, what meaning is there other than becoming an empty sound? The second point is that when the venerable Chandrakirti enters into the two truths, he says that without investigation, all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana can be established; if investigated, then both truths cannot withstand investigation, therefore he does not acknowledge whether the two truths are established or not, whether they exist or not, whether they are true or false after investigating them. Therefore, the main object of refutation for this teacher is all the inner and outer schools that hold that conventional truth can be established after investigation. If this is accepted, conventional truth will become something that can be investigated by reason, and thus its own nature can be found. If its own nature is found, then it is not conventional truth, thus losing conventional truth. Moreover, if it is accepted as true, then if a truly established dharma is found in both truths, then one has not entered into non-self-nature, thus losing ultimate truth, thus completely reversing the meaning of the two truths. Therefore, those who think and speak in this way hope to see the reality of the two truths without obscuration, which is their ultimate intention. Although you remember that you are Chandrakirti, forgetting the meaning of the conclusion he made is not a good deed. Furthermore, the establishment of uninvestigated, slightly investigated, and thoroughly investigated is without error. The teacher Nagarjuna said that the Buddhas taught the dharma of self, non-self, and non-existence of anything. (29a) If you think like that, then...
