Like the appearance of a dream realm, like mistaking illusion for knowledge, and delivering falsehood through deception, is the ultimate intention of that time. Therefore, your reason for the statement is also unestablished. It might be established if the other five realms of beings could not possibly exist in that place, but if they could exist, then the realms and inhabitants of the other five realms, the true conventional truth, could not be forcibly denied by anyone. If it is unestablished, then it follows that the basis of human existence and the true conventional truth of the realms and inhabitants that appear to humans should also be forcibly denied as non-existent. Because the statement of being unestablished is the same. Furthermore, among the six realms of beings, it follows that all that is known as the true conventional truth of all other beings, except for the human realm and the realm and inhabitants of the Pure Abode below Akanishta of the Fourth Dhyana, are all false conventional truths. Moreover, what is the basis of which being that establishes the existence or non-existence of the false conventional truth, the attainment of complete enlightenment by the Fully Enlightened Buddha, whether or not the Wheel of Dharma is turned in that realm of beings, and whether or not the collections of teachings are made? In this realm of the three realms of beings, the realm of enlightenment and the basis are (222a) impossible to exist other than in Akanishta of the Form Realm and the human realm. The pervasion is established as a characteristic of your own philosophical system. The reason is that the Fully Enlightened Buddha spoke from the Lankavatara Sutra and others. If you accept, then even when explaining Madhyamaka, the distinction between true and false conventional truths is established by the basis and place of beings, which has never been heard by any holy person of China and Tibet, but you seem to be highly motivated individuals who bear the heaviest burden for the teachings of the Sakya school, so from now on, when the Sakya followers explain Madhyamaka, in the Sakya school's system, this unique way of establishing the difference between conventional and false should be acknowledged. Furthermore, you have made a very strong assertion that all the turning of the Wheel of Dharma, the collection of teachings, and the composition of commentaries were done on the basis of human existence. Then it follows that the Sambhogakaya does not turn the Wheel of Dharma, and the Yaksha chief Vajrapani also did not collect the teachings, and the Blessed One Vajrasattva and the Venerable

Since it is not like horses and others that have a human form, it is also possible not to compose treatises in the style of commentaries on the Buddha's word. If one can accept this, then one is established as a brave and persevering person. Furthermore, when the Teacher Buddha turned the wheel of Dharma at Vulture Peak (present-day Rajgir, Bihar, India) and other places, the gathering of the other five types of beings, and thus the perception of conventional truth of the place and its inhabitants, which are complete with the five perfections such as the Teacher and retinue, all of these become false conventionalities that do not even exist in name. The difference between the false and non-false conventionalities is that the Teacher Buddha attained enlightenment based on a human form and resided in the human realm, therefore the activities and appearances of humans are correct conventional truths. However, all the activities and appearances of other realms must not even be true in name. The sign and pervasion are accepted. If you assert that, then the other five types of beings did not gather as the disciples when the Teacher Buddha turned the wheel of Dharma at Vulture Peak (present-day Rajgir, Bihar, India) and other places. The gathering of only humans is also established by worldly people as the correct conventional truth. However, the person who gathered the five types of beings as disciples, and their place and its inhabitants, are false conventionalities, because these are not even recognized in the world. As it is said: "These are not even present in the world." The first part of the sign and the pervasion are accepted, the latter part of the sign is established by scripture. If you assert that, then when turning the wheel of Dharma of the Mother (Prajnaparamita), the gathering of non-human disciples such as gods and the asking and answering of questions, all of these become sinful actions of only fabricating lies. Furthermore, when Indra, the lord of the gods, and Maitreya, the protector, came to the human realm and saw the form of the victorious Shakyamuni, that was not seeing the form of the victorious Shakyamuni. Because the form of Shakyamuni seen by Indra and Maitreya is a mistaken phenomenon even in the world. If you say it is not established, then it is established. Because on this human basis, no matter where the other five types of beings come from, all the places and inhabitants that appear to them are false conventionalities that do not exist in name. There is no choice but to accept the root. In that case, since Maitreya saw the form of the victorious Shakyamuni, it was not seeing his form, therefore, Maitreya is a person with wrong views, the subject.
