There is no need to generate with a cause. If you explain according to your argument, then it will become like this: the exhaustion or destruction that liberates from the disease caused by the exhaustion or destruction of the initial disease, that exhaustion and destruction must again be acknowledged as the entity of the disease. Because that exhaustion and destruction are entities. If that is the case, then there is no other stream of entities other than the stream of the disease that has come in between. Also, you say that the cause like oil is exhausted, so the result like a candle is exhausted, if you say this, then it is the same as the cause of not seeing fire produces the result of not seeing smoke. If you admit that, then when preventing smoke on the night sea, when using the cause of no fire as a sign, then it will no longer be an invisible reason. Because such a thing has become a reason to prove the result by cause. Because on that basis, it seems that the relationship between cause and effect is established where the cause of not seeing fire produces the result of no smoke. If you fundamentally admit it, then such a reason is not a reason for not seeing the cause. Because the admission is that the cause is the reason for proving the result. Therefore, think carefully and speak appropriately. In general, there, because the fire is not actually seen, the smoke is not seen, and because it does not rain, crops do not grow, etc., although they are not actual causes and effects, they are also classified into similar categories. In the common Sutra and Tantra things, it also comes from the epistemology of the Gelug school that speaks of things. In general, if you focus on not hindering whatever dharma arises, and if you place such a dharma as the cause of another dharma, then it will be like the Vaibhashika school of Hinayana Buddhism, acknowledging the obstruction of the arising of a vase as the cause of the arising of a vase, and there will be nothing wrong with that. Furthermore, the exhaustion of oil prevents the continuation of the candle, but the exhaustion of the continuation of the candle is not the cause of generation. Because the cause that does not exhaust is the cause of generating the result, and the cause that exhausts is not the cause of generating the result. If so, then the exhaustion of the ability of the seed to produce sprouts will also be the fault of becoming the cause of not producing sprouts. If you admit it, then the non-arising of sprouts is not a non-arising. Because the non-arising of sprouts has a cause of arising.

Moreover, to say that "when the cause is exhausted, the effect is exhausted" is too absolute, because it is obvious that in all things, after the cause is exhausted or has passed, the effect arises inexhaustibly in the present and future. It is like the sprout itself arising inexhaustibly from the exhaustion of the seed of the sprout. However, it is not that the sprout is produced because the seed is destroyed, but that the destruction of the seed makes way for the sprout to grow. It is very sad to make presumptuous comments and judgments on the meaning of the Buddha without understanding even this little bit of reason. The second point is that, regarding the destruction of things, worldly people only see the gross continuous changes and do not contemplate the subtle impermanence of the destruction of things. Among the teachers of the Vaibhashika school, such as the Sarvastivadins and the eighteen Hinayana schools, there have been many different views on whether subtle moments and impermanent things are established as self-existent moments of destruction or non-destruction. However, for all Vaibhashikas, there is no dispute that birth and death, and existence are real, and that unborn, destroyed, and non-existent are unreal. If we speak according to the common destruction of things in the Sutra and Tantra schools, and how to establish moments, destruction and impermanence are established on the conditioned things and real existence that are the objects of the direct perception of the root consciousness and mental consciousness. Because destruction and impermanence are not established on the unconditioned and unreal, and the destroyed, which are beyond the direct perception of the root consciousness and mental consciousness. Destruction and impermanence cause the present thing to disappear in its own time, thus making way for the appearance of the subsequent thing. Among them, the destruction of birth does not hinder the continuity of birth, but destroys while giving rise to birth. Although the destruction of cessation does not destroy together with the function of giving rise to the subsequent continuity, the nature of birth is established as the destruction and impermanence of cessation. Therefore, the destruction of birth and the destruction of cessation are the same in that they are both destructions, but one has the function of birth, and the other becomes the function of destruction without relying on anything else.
