祈请！这是由圆满教法的持有者，塔尔寺堪布仁波切蒋扬·贡桑·图丹·曲吉坚赞，以吉祥的供品和珍宝赐予的，我恭敬地顶戴于头顶。作为尊者的眷属，我，出生于理塘地区的僧人贡噶坚赞，在噶丹萨桑林书写此文，愿吉祥圆满！ 诸佛之本体金刚持，赐予三戒恩德之恩重上师，皈依处之总集根本上师，我从内心祈祷，请加持！ 无始以来漂泊于轮回中，因自身之过，至今仍滞留于轮回。今番因畏惧来世之苦，请加持我入于佛法。 五欲之乐，乃欺骗之诱饵，见其欺骗自他一切众生，愿我不贪恋此生之乐，从内心忆念佛法，请加持。 无论如何也无法满足的，断绝取悦他人之绳索，皈依那无论何时皆不欺骗的，上师三宝，常忆念之。 虽无功德却承担上师之重任，纵然皈依亦难获益，于证悟圆满之蒋贡上师，视如真佛，请加持。 被罪恶玷污的自心迷妄，无法见到他人之功德，无论上师如何示现，唯见功德，请加持。 难得一次的暇满人身，却在散乱中虚度此生，在这如日薄西山的短暂生命中，成就清净佛法，请加持。 从内心生起入佛法之愿时，障碍比尘埃还要多，愿上师三宝之加持力，助我战胜一切违缘。 对于无有止境的今生圆满，看清其毫无意义的本质，依上师之教言，精进实修，请加持。 如此如同真佛一般的上师，往昔亦难得一见，故于具足虔诚之上师瑜伽，精进修持。 在上师加持融入的瞬间，迷妄痛苦如云般消散，生起即便现在死去也无遗憾的，喜乐于心中，请加持。 愿我未来的一切行为，皆成为令尊贵上师欢喜之供云。

Please grant blessings! This was bestowed by the master of the complete teachings, Thar tze Khen Rinpoche Jamyang Kunsang Thubten Chokyi Gyaltsen, with auspicious offerings and precious gifts. I respectfully accept it upon my head. As a member of the retinue of the venerable one, I, the monk Kunga Gyaltsen, born in the Lithang region, wrote this at Gaden Sasang Ling. May it be virtuous and auspicious! Vajradhara (རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།, vajradhara, vajradhara, Holder of the Vajra) is the essence of all Buddhas, the kind guru who bestows the three vows, the root guru who embodies all sources of refuge. I pray from my heart, please bless me! Wandering in samsara (འཁོར་བ།, saṃsāra, samsara, cycle of existence) since beginningless time, I still remain in samsara due to my own faults. Now, fearing the suffering of future illusions, please bless me to enter the Dharma. The pleasures of the five desires are deceptive lures. Seeing that they deceive myself and others, may I not be attached to the pleasures of this illusory life, and may I remember the Dharma from my heart. Please bless me! Unable to satisfy no matter what I do, may I cut the rope of pleasing others. May I remember the guru and the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ།, triratna, triratna, three jewels), who never deceive, and always rely on them. Although without qualities, I bear the burden of a guru. Even if I take refuge, it is difficult to benefit. May I see Jamyang (འཇམ་དབྱངས།, mañjuśrī, manjushri, Gentle Glory), the guru who has perfected abandonment and realization, as the actual Buddha. Please bless me! My own deluded thoughts, defiled by sin, prevent me from seeing the qualities of others. No matter how the guru acts, may I see only qualities. Please bless me! This precious human body, difficult to obtain once, is being wasted in distraction. In this life, which is like the setting sun, may I accomplish pure Dharma. Please bless me! When the desire to enter the Dharma arises from the heart, obstacles are more numerous than specks of dust. May the blessings of the guru and the Three Jewels help me to overcome all adverse conditions. Seeing the meaningless nature of this endless worldly prosperity, may I diligently practice according to the guru's instructions. Please bless me! Such a guru, like an actual Buddha, is difficult to meet even in the past. Therefore, may I focus on the guru yoga (བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར།, guru-yoga, guru-yoga, guru union) with devotion and make it the essence of my practice. In the moment when the guru's blessings enter, illusory suffering vanishes like clouds. May joy and happiness arise in my heart, so that I feel that even if I die now, I have no regrets.
