此外，所有世俗成就， 无一不是源于自心。 心识的迷妄一旦消解，功德自然增长。 若能掌控自心，便能战胜邪魔。 至于究竟的至高成就， 无论向外寻求，终不可得。 当心识的迷妄彻底止息， 便可称之为'佛'。 当内心被剧烈的痛苦压迫， 或生起贪嗔之念时， 于念头生起之初，认识到其本性 未生（藏文：མ་སྐྱེས་པར་，梵文天城体：अजात，梵文罗马拟音：ajāta，汉语字面意思：未生）至关重要。 当心识躁动不安，看似真实存在时， 若能放下，虚假的本质自会显露。 因此，被妄念束缚的心， 一旦解脱，便可称为解脱。 执着于今生来世的苦乐， 通过努力追求只会徒增痛苦。 若能认识到善恶皆源于自心， 在自心中寻求安乐才是明智之举。 在具格上师的引导下， 汇集显密二教的精髓， 当与此甚深口诀相遇之时， 切莫散乱，保持正念。 将具格上师观想于顶上， 持续不断地修持甚深二次第的密道。 纵然命终亦无憾。 祈愿一切皈依境之总集——上师， 以无缘大悲加持于我， 当下即得加持， 愿弟子我之愿望皆得成办。 此乃衮噶坚赞（Kunga Gyaltsen）随心所语。 那摩咕噜贝（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷྱཿ，梵文天城体：नमो गुरुभ्यः，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Gurubhyaḥ，汉语字面意思：皈敬上师）！ 忆念上师！ 三世诸佛总集之自性， 安住于种姓与坛城之海的遍主。 以成熟解脱甘露教言之恩德护佑， 从心深处忆念恩重根本上师。 以无伪虔诚之音声从远方呼唤， 以无碍智慧之眼欢喜垂视， 以无缘大悲加持我等相续， 祈请恩重上师赐予意之大加持。 具足四身自在，一切胜者之本体， 经教证法之源，三乘之导师， 安住于三学功德僧众之顶严， 祈请皈依境三宝总集上师垂念。 从三处空行海之秘密宝藏中涌出， 往昔成就百尊之足迹，大密之捷径， 以智慧与精进之力轻易行进， 祈请无与伦比成就自在上师垂念。 虽与诸佛之意无别而安住， 然于五浊恶世……

Moreover, all worldly achievements, None other than arising from one's own mind. Once the delusion of mind is dispelled, merits naturally increase. If one can control one's own mind, one can conquer demons and obstacles. As for the ultimate supreme achievement, No matter how much one seeks it externally, it cannot be found. When the defilements of the mind's delusion are completely exhausted, It is simply given the name 'Buddha'. When the mind is oppressed by intense suffering, Or when thoughts of attachment and aversion arise, At the very moment they arise, recognizing their nature as Unborn (Tibetan: མ་སྐྱེས་པར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अजात, Sanskrit Romanization: ajāta, Literal Chinese meaning: unborn) is crucial. When the mind is agitated and seems to exist, If one lets it go, its false nature will be revealed. Therefore, the mind bound by delusions, Once liberated, is said to be liberated. Clinging to the pleasures and pains of this life and the next, Through striving and effort, one only buys more suffering. If one recognizes that good and evil both originate from the mind, Seeking happiness and joy within the mind is the wise thing to do. Under the guidance of a qualified lama, Gathering the essence of both Sutra and Tantra, When encountering this profound oral instruction, Do not be distracted, maintain mindfulness. Visualize the qualified lama on the crown of your head, Continuously practice the profound meaning of the secret Great Two Stages. Even if you die now, have no regrets. May the blessings of the guru, the embodiment of all refuges, With unbiased compassion, bless me now, May the wishes of your disciple be fulfilled. This is what Kunga Gyaltsen said as he remembered. Namo Gurubhya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷྱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो गुरुभ्यः, Sanskrit Romanization: Namo Gurubhyaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Guru)! Remember the Guru! The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, Residing as the Lord of the ocean of lineages and mandalas. Protecting with the kindness of the nectar of ripening and liberating instructions, From the depths of my heart, I remember the kind root guru. Calling from afar with the voice of unfeigned devotion, Beholding with joyous eyes of unobstructed wisdom, With impartial great compassion, bless the continuum of myself and others, Please bestow the great blessing of your intention, kind guru. Possessing the power of the glorious four bodies, the embodiment of all victors, The source of scriptural and realized Dharma, the guide of the three vehicles, Residing as the crown ornament of the Sangha possessing the three trainings, Please be mindful, Guru, the embodiment of the Three Jewels of refuge. Emerged from the secret treasury of the ocean of dakinis of the three places, The swift path of the great secret, the footsteps of the hundred accomplished ones of the past, Easily traversed with the power of intelligence and diligence, Please be mindful, Guru, the unequaled master of accomplishment. Appearing in human form to the sight of beings, To the fortunate disciples who are in harmony with karma and aspiration, The Lama who shows the excellent path of liberation, please remember me! Joyfully bestowing the nectar of profound and vast teachings, Receiving it properly with the palms of hearing, thinking, and meditating, May I receive the blessings of experiencing the joyous feast of possessing the kingdom of Dharma with scriptural and realized qualities! Abandoning meaningless worldly activities far away, Devoting myself to practice in a secluded place that pleases the mind, Quickly encountering the warmth of realizing the profound path, I aspire to have the good fortune to carry out the Lama's activities! 1-65 Deciding that all phenomena of existence and samsara, all dharmas, are one's own mind. Having directly seen the nature of the original mind, May I be self-blessed to become inseparable from the Lama's heart, Thus realizing the inseparability of samsara and nirvana! May the illusion of conceptual appearances vanish like clouds, And may the pure vessel and contents arise as a mandala of deities. And may that also be seen as the wisdom of great bliss, I pray for the swift attainment of siddhis that accomplish all wishes! When the sun of the auspicious teachings sets on the western mountain, And the darkness of the degeneration of the five degenerations spreads in all directions, Accompanied by the glory of a hundred thousand rays of cool nectar of activity, May the white light of the eloquent moon of Jetsun arise! Having directly met you, the protector of the glorious night, The light of the well-spoken words arises in the heart, The darkness of ignorance that has long slept in the mind, Today, by the kindness of the Lama, has vanished without a trace! Having realized the incomparable Lama's intention as it is, I aspire to have the good fortune to illuminate the teachings. Wherever adverse circumstances and harm from the environment arise, Please grant the blessings to overcome obstacles and demons! May the field of merit for the fortunate disciples of the snowy land, The mandala of the Lama like the sun, remain for a long time, 1-66 May the lotus garden of perfect benefit and happiness bloom in all directions, I pray for auspiciousness that never fades! May the tradition of the second Buddha, Jamyang Sakya, Which comes from the precepts of Kunkhyen Kunga Zangpo, The lineage of practice that perfects all the teachings of the Buddha, Flourish and spread in all times and places!
