忆念救怙之后写下了这些， 愿此善行， 成为毫无阻碍、迅速成就的因缘。 吉祥圆满！ 十法善妙，莲鬘庄严。 嗡 索斯地！（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：愿吉祥！） 大慈大悲观世音菩萨啊！ 从您洁白牙齿的嫩芽中诞生的， 智慧如海的女神妙音天女啊！ 今天请您安住在我的心中。（1） 百看不厌、智慧幻化的身躯， 十六妙龄、令天神倾心的您， 忆念便赐予无漏安乐的语自在天女啊！ 今天请您向我展现微笑的容颜。（2） 伴随着六十支分的， 梵音甘露的一滴， 也能从无明轮回的沉睡中唤醒， 今天请您赐予我以妙语的加持。（3） 智慧如汇集诸佛之智慧， 慈悲遍布无偏众生的界域， 力量难以估量，摧毁轮回的边际， 今天请您以您的意之智慧加持我。（4） 因为您在禅定中没有远近之分， 在以悲切的音声呼唤的瞬间， 迅速以慈悲加持之后， 今天请您赐予我沁入心间的喜宴。（5） 在圆满庄严如海的， 南方如意嬉戏之乐园中， 善于言辞、满足一切愿望的至上之神， 我听闻怙主您真实现前安住。（6） 因弱小的身躯无法前往， 我便以泪眼朝向那个方向， 合掌祈祷，发出悲切的呼唤， 祈请至尊女，忆念您的誓愿。（7） 愿我能有幸听到， 从令人心醉的天女那甜美的声音中， 传来‘这是成就二利的甘露，请享用吧’的赐予， 我翘首以盼，不敢合上双眼。（8） 拥有迅速神通的无上之足， 具备无碍智慧的明亮之眼， 无依无靠的我唯一的救怙主至尊女啊！ 现在请您垂念我，摄受我吧。（9） 您是生育包括诸佛在内所有圣者的佛母， 以您的智慧、慈悲和力量的乳汁精心哺育， 使得具足智慧和力量的智者和成就者们， 遍布整个印度和西藏。（10） 我也渴望获得那样的福分， 以渴求加持甘露的信心、恭敬和精进， 不停地蠕动着嘴唇， 您听到了我呼唤‘妈妈’的声音吗？（11） 您的加持如第一缕曙光， 在心中欢快地闪耀。

Having remembered the protector, I wrote this. May this virtue, Become the cause for accomplishing swiftly without obstacles. Auspicious and perfect! Ten virtues, beautiful like a lotus garland. Om Swasti! (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：May there be well-being!) Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara! Born from the sprout of your pure white teeth, Goddess Saraswati, ocean of wisdom! Today, please reside in my heart. (1) A form of wisdom's illusion, never tiring to behold, Sixteen years of age, captivating even the gods, Goddess of speech, giving uncontaminated bliss upon remembrance! Today, please show me your smiling face. (2) Accompanied by sixty branches, Even a single drop of the nectar of Brahma's voice, Can awaken one from the sleep of ignorance and existence, Today, please grant me the breath of your speech. (3) Wisdom like the collected wisdom of all Buddhas, Compassion pervading all realms of beings without bias, Power immeasurable, overturning the edge of samsara, Today, please bless me with your mind's intention. (4) Because you have no near or far in samadhi, In the instant of calling with a voice of longing, Having quickly blessed with compassion, Today, please grant me the feast of joy that permeates the heart. (5) In the delightful garden of the southern wish-fulfilling ocean, Adorned with a wealth of splendor, The supreme god of those skilled in speech and fulfilling desires, I have heard that you, the protector, are manifestly present. (6) Because my weak body cannot approach, I look towards that direction with tearful eyes, With folded hands and a voice of longing, I urge you, noble lady, to remember your vows. (7) May I have the good fortune to hear, From the enchanting goddess's sweet voice, The granting of 'This is the nectar of accomplishing the two benefits, please enjoy it,' My eyes are wide open, not finding a moment to close. (8) Possessing the supreme feet of swift miracles, Having the eyes that see unobstructed wisdom, Noble lady, my only protector, without refuge! Now, please have mercy on me and take me in. (9) You are the mother who gave birth to the Buddhas and their sons, Having nurtured them well with the milk of your wisdom, compassion, and power, The wise and accomplished ones, complete with intelligence and strength, Have spread throughout India and Tibet. (10) I also long for such good fortune, With faith, respect, and diligence desiring the sweet taste of blessings, With my lips constantly moving, Do you hear me calling 'Mother'? 受此启发，我心中渴望见到您智慧与慈悲如旭日般的光芒，如明灯般指引方向。(12) 我如同盲人般在痛苦呻吟中迷茫， 慈爱的善知识啊，请您如慈父般垂视我。即使我暂时在无明的黑暗中挣扎，我也坚信您就在我身旁。(13) 因此，我虽身负沉重的恶业，但您具备善巧方便与慈悲，恳请您以智慧之笔，抹去我因愚昧而描绘的痛苦画卷。(14) 或许来世您会继续护持我，但我这个罪孽深重之人，将堕入无暇之处。 届时，我获得解脱的机会将更加渺茫，恳请您在此生护持我。(15) 若暂时将慈悲置于未来，我这愚昧之人，恐将受恶缘摆布，轮回中的烦恼与痛苦将不断增长，与其如此，不如现在就施以援手，岂不更好？(16) 倘若我被往昔的业力所蒙蔽，恳请您以具足十自在之力的威能，如末劫之风吹散微尘般，立即消除我的业障。(17) 若我因心识迷乱而犯错，恳请您以摧毁愚痴之敌的加持力，凡加持之处，皆能轻易驱散无明黑暗。(18) 无数众生的所有苦难，仿佛都集中在了我身上，我这愚笨之人，无法忍受自身的痛苦，只能发出这充满哀怨的呼唤。 如同虫子用口水束缚自身，我因自己的迷惑而欺骗了自己，我痛苦万分，恳请您用慈悲之手，拭去我的悲伤泪水。(20) 我贪恋今生无意义的琐事，忘记了追求永恒幸福的大事，这轻浮的心被五欲之魔所迷惑，恳请您从这迷惑中拯救我。(21) 我害怕追求永恒解脱的痛苦，却贪恋轮回的虚幻快乐，这追求安逸的心，将我抛入痛苦的海洋，恳请您从这愚昧中拯救我。(22) 我将珍爱自我的执念放在心中，将利益他人的菩提心挂在嘴上，仅凭表面的修行，就渴望获得佛果，恳请您从这邪恶的念头中拯救我。(23) 我像品尝咸味般享受散乱与懒惰，像丢弃草芥般抛弃三学与四律仪，明知故犯地将自己推入地狱，恳请您从这恶业中拯救我。
English
Inspired by this, I yearn to see the light of your wisdom and compassion, like the sun illuminating the path, guiding my mind.(12) I am like a blind man, lost in the midst of painful moans, Kind and compassionate teacher, please look upon me with loving eyes. Even though I may be struggling in the darkness of ignorance, I firmly believe that you are by my side.(13) Therefore, although I bear the heavy burden of negative karma, you possess skillful means and compassion. I beseech you to use the pen of wisdom to erase the painful picture I have painted due to my ignorance.(14) Perhaps in future lives you will continue to protect me, but I, burdened with sin, will fall into a place without leisure. At that time, my chances of attaining liberation will be even more remote. I implore you to protect me in this very life.(15) If you postpone your compassion to the future, I, in my ignorance, fear that I will be swayed by negative conditions, and the afflictions and sufferings of samsara will only increase. Wouldn't it be better to offer help now?(16) If I am obscured by the karma of past deeds, I beseech you to use the power of your ten freedoms, like the wind at the end of time scattering dust, to immediately eliminate my karmic obscurations.(17) If I err due to the confusion of my mind, I implore you to use the blessings of your power to destroy the enemy of ignorance. Wherever your blessings touch, the darkness of ignorance will be easily dispelled.(18) All the sufferings of countless beings seem to have converged upon me. I, a fool, cannot bear my own pain and can only utter this lamenting cry. Like a worm binding itself with its own saliva, I have deceived myself with my own delusions. I am in great pain. I implore you to wipe away my tears of sorrow with your compassionate hand.(20) I am attached to the meaningless affairs of this life, forgetting the great matter of pursuing eternal happiness. This frivolous mind is deluded by the demons of the five desires. I implore you to save me from this delusion.(21) I fear the suffering of pursuing eternal liberation, yet I crave the illusory pleasures of samsara. This comfort-seeking mind throws me into an ocean of suffering. I implore you to save me from this ignorance.(22) I cherish the ego-grasping demon in my heart, while paying lip service to the altruistic intention of benefiting others. I hope to attain Buddhahood with mere outward appearances of practice. I implore you to save me from this evil thought.(23) I indulge in distraction and laziness like savoring salt, and discard the three trainings and four vows like throwing away grass. Knowingly, I cast myself into hell. I implore you to save me from this negative karma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
