The fire, wind, and space elements, samadhi, qualities, and miraculous powers are accomplished. The secret wind is the five aspects of wisdom, which are completely contrary to gross phenomena. It is said that if one does not train in the combination of life force and wind, the elements will not be workable, and samadhi and the miraculous powers arising from it will not be accomplished. Therefore, one should first focus on the samadhi of exhaustion and gather the wind into the central channel. Moreover, by joining the life force upwards and downwards and holding it firmly inside, and then slowly releasing it, one should hold the outer and inner elements as non-dual. When meditating on the colors, shapes, and centers of each element, and when it becomes somewhat stable, water is at the crown, wind at the throat, space at the heart, and fire and wind at the navel. By binding the wind and mind into one with the colors and forms of these elements, as a sign that the five winds are workable, one sees the colors of the five winds and the channels and wheels. One experiences clarity and non-conceptualization, and sees many forms of emptiness and appearance. Furthermore, when the right wind enters the central channel, one sees smoke. When the left wind enters, one sees mirages. From the fire wind, one sees lamps and light. From the water wind, one sees clouds and the moonlight of the sky. From the earth wind, one sees golden color and lightning. From the space wind, one first sees blue, then the bindus of the five lights. From the central channel being workable, one sees the five lights, rainbows, bindus, deities, stupas, palaces, nets, lotuses, and so on. In short, due to the difference in physical postures and the bad combination of wind and mind, if the wind and mind gather in the six wheels of the six realms, then the experiences of happiness and suffering and the environments of the respective realms of good and bad migrations will arise. When this happens, one should cultivate great compassion for them and cut the root of delusion with the instructions on purifying the place. In particular, because the wind of earth, water, fire, wind, and space enters the central channel, one gains mastery over the samadhi of exhaustion of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, and miraculous powers are accomplished. Internally, there is a special abiding of the mind, and externally, the nature of the five families, the light, color, and own color are clear, and the five poisons are purified. One engages in the five wisdoms and goes to the pure lands of the five families, as it is said. Root: Third, arranging the realm of bodhicitta. From Roma flows the nectar of the moon, from Kyangma flows the dust of the sun, the tip of the male Kyangma and the female Roma, becoming knotted, the two realms leak.

Protect! Furthermore, arising from the two, the clear essences in all the knots of the channels, the white and red, in the form of heroes and yoginis, intertwine and unite, receiving the offering of bliss and emptiness. This is because, as the basis of consciousness, the great clear essence also exists in the form of semen and bindu, the semen descends from the upper end of the Roma channel, from the (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) of the crown chakra, while the bindu descends from the lower end of the Kyangma channel, from the (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) of the secret place. Moreover, it is said that the knots of the male Kyangma and the female Roma channels do not leak semen and bindu. Thus, from the two, the white and red clear essences that separate the petals of the chakras, reside in all the knots of the channels as the nature of heroes and yoginis, and from meditating on the yoga of melting bliss, they receive the offering of bliss and emptiness. Root text: In short, the abiding channels are like canals, the moving winds are like the helmsman who comes and goes, the bodhicitta is like water gathering at the place of guidance, the realm of Rahula stacked in six wheels, drawn by the chariot of life and effort, from which the knots of the central channel are untied in pairs, the two clear essences of wind and element, starting from the first place where Rahula is swallowed, the qualities of the ten grounds gradually increase, going to the crown of the head. This is because, to go to the essential place of the channels, the essential point of the body. To go to the essential point of the wind, is the magic wheel. For the bindu, diligence is essential. Specifically, the body's support, the channels, are like canals, they are the path for the wind to flow, so one must rely on life force to practice the channel path. The support of speech, the wind, is like the helmsman who goes to both samsara and nirvana, so one must be skilled in the essential point of binding the actions of samsara. The support of mind, the bindu, is the support of the ultimate bodhicitta, so one must rely on the essential point of the wind, gather it at the place of guidance, and bind it together with the unchanging wisdom wind at the top of the crown. How to bind it? By straightening the body, the channels are straightened. When the channels are straightened, the wind flows. When the wind flows, one can see the nature of reality. Therefore, the essential point of the body is the seven-point posture, or pointing the crown straight to the sky, straightening the back of the neck, and slightly bending the throat, so that one can bind those channels. Straighten the body upright, expose the shoulders, attach the elbows to the ribs, straighten the spine, bring the wrists close to the bones of the hip joint, and place them on the thighs.
