The nature of wisdom is very special, in the stage of meditation, taking the place of fundamental abiding as the path of the mind; in the stage of wisdom, one must distinguish the difference between the play of wisdom naturally dissolving into the dharmadhatu. Root verse: If conceptual thought is connected with the object, it is ordinary; like a clear mirror-like awareness, the appearing object is uninterrupted, shining like stars, but not stained by separate thoughts, the object of grasping and the mind of grasping are cut off, each self-aware, without making distinctions, at this moment, one has reached the realm of the wisdom of the guru. This means that if conceptual thought clings to the appearing object, saying "this is what, that is what," then mutual connections will arise. If this is the case, ordinary people will not be able to understand the true nature of the mind, and will not be able to obtain feeling, experience, and realization. If it is not like this, in the nature of awareness or rigpa, which is like a clear mirror, the appearing objects, namely the five objects of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, and the dharma that appears in the mind, these six shine uninterruptedly like stars, but are not stained by the separate thoughts of "this is what, that is what," the connection between the six objects of grasping and the mind of grasping is severed, each self-awareness does not make distinctions, thereby realizing the transcendence of seeing and being seen, therefore, at this moment, one reaches the sixteen wisdom gurus, namely the fruition of the sixteen bhumis of Dzogchen. That is what it means. Root verse: In short, the path of dharmadhatu is the single taste of dharmata, the path of awareness is special wisdom, the path of luminosity is two lamps, the path of trekchö is simultaneous arising and liberation, the path of tögal is dharmadhatu and awareness. This means that the lower five paths, which hold cause and effect as purification and what is to be purified, are summarized as the indivisible true nature of Dzogchen, transcending mental discrimination. In short, the path of emptiness, the dharmadhatu of all dharmas, does not deviate from the single taste of dharmata. The path of awareness is special wisdom, namely individual self-awareness. The path of luminosity, the path of tögal, is two lamps, namely the far-reaching water lamp and the bindu emptiness lamp. The path of trekchö is simultaneous arising and liberation, the path of tögal is dharmadhatu, namely the emptiness of essence, and awareness, namely non-obscured wisdom. Like this, relying on the eight consciousness aggregates of the alaya consciousness, one does not understand the aspect of awareness and generates delusion.

The nature of samsara, which is established by false discrimination, is also understood by those who have realized that the two, samsara and nirvana, are the movement of awareness from its own position, falling into the attachment of the apprehended and the apprehender, and the difference between the self-luminous, vast liberation that does not deviate from its nature. Root verse: These self-nature great perfection, The uncommon five paths should be known, Ignorance as a friend enters the path of delusion, The endless cycle of dangerous wilderness, Karma and affliction create iron fetters, From now on, be tired of bondage, The mind that arises in a peaceful place, Enter the supreme path of nirvana. Thus, these, that is, these five paths that have been spoken of, should be known as the uncommon five paths of the self-nature great perfection, that is, after knowing, ignorance is the opposite of awareness, so it will become a friend, because of the deception of distraction and delusion, from the endless cycle of the dangerous great wilderness, from the accumulation of non-virtuous deeds and the iron fetters created by eighty-four thousand afflictions, from this time on, for the essence of awareness, before the meaning of transcending confusion and liberation is not realized, for being bound and ignorant, generate a mind of aversion, enter the peaceful and supreme city, that is, enter the supreme path of nirvana, this is also for those whose faculties and merits are extremely supreme, the base view of trekchö and the path of spontaneous luminosity, skillful means, and wisdom are practiced in union, without relying on the measurement of the path position of the causal vehicle, but in the uncommon five paths of the great perfection, the three bodies are perfected in the manifestation of the path, and with one lifetime's body, the base position of the fruit with six qualities is achieved. Even so, with the perfection of abandonment and realization, as a sign of inner and outer consistency, there is nothing special, only from the changes in the entry and exit of the air channels and bindus, a little attainment of the state of abiding mind, or clinging to the signs of accomplishment blessed by evil demons as the attainment of accomplishment, saying "I have seen the meaning of the true Dharma nature, so I have no expectations for karma, from now on I will no longer wear a hat on my head," deceiving myself and others with great lies, this is only the view and practice of mental discrimination.
