Like listening to the Dharma from the manifestly enlightened Buddhas from childhood, it has the distinction of going straight to the primordial ground like a great arrow. Like this, after understanding the characteristics and qualities of one's own school, relying on the emptiness of original purity, one brings forth awareness into freedom from elaboration, thereby exhausting the nature of reality; however, relying on the spontaneous accomplishment of appearance, one clarifies into the luminosity of possessing aspects, thereby exhausting the nature of appearance. That is what is said. Root: Therefore, this is the supreme path of Vajrayana, the awareness of original liberation, original purity, is emptiness, devoid of inherent existence, beyond thought and expression, its characteristic is that it abandons the limits that can be reached by the expression of conceptual mind, without aspiration, it perfects the qualities of awareness. That is to say, therefore, this is the supreme path of Vajrayana, the great perfection of oral instructions, the awareness of original liberation, original purity, freedom from elaboration, is emptiness, devoid of inherent existence, yet beyond thought and expression, its characteristic is that it abandons the limits and center that are measured by conceptual mind and expressed by words, and without even a little aspiration for the good realm of the ground other than that, it perfects all the qualities of awareness, and for the sake of realizing such a state of no-birth, it teaches the path of gradual entry. If a person who has directly recognized the characteristics of the Dharmakaya to be realized practices again from the beginning, then it is like adding a patch of liberation to the already liberated. Therefore, the wisdom of the Buddha cannot be expressed in words, so it cannot be determined by the term "non-meditation", and if it is not truly seen, it cannot be understood according to the literal meaning, because it is difficult to establish self-nature, so relying only on one's own way of understanding, the view obtained is only a slight understanding, and thus the idea arises that "I have realized, others are confused", one should not distort the oral instructions that directly reveal the ultimate meaning with this kind of clinging to one's own view. Furthermore, if a person of superior faculties directly recognizes the reality of liberation in the moment of seeing, he will not be bound by the clinging of grasping and being grasped to his own nature of original purity, because he has disappeared into the nature of reality, so he has nothing to do with any talk of confusion or non-confusion, right or wrong. If one realizes such a principle, then the self-nature of awareness will not gather the assemblies of objects at any time, nor will it measure the three trainings of hearing, thinking, and meditation with the elaboration of the objectifying thought, and what is obtained in the mind.

All lower vehicles are destroyed in the tenets of fabricated concepts. Thus it is said. Root: Since awareness does not abide in the realm of knowable objects, it is free from the Dharma of clinging to "I" and "mine". Therein, there is no meditation or object of meditation. If left in its natural, uncorrected state, it is seen nakedly. If one's own essence does not change into something else, then ignorance and clinging cannot lead one into existence. All attachments to external objects and self are not made by a maker, but arise from the increase of mental concepts. All are born from a basis and rootlessness. From the moment of birth, they are perfected without birth. There is no need for another realization beyond that. Reading, holding, meditating, and thinking about treatises, when all the tenets of the mind are destroyed, that itself is the Buddha without longing. That is to say, all external objects, which are forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tangible objects, and all attachments to them as self, are not made by another agent, but are accomplished by the increase of one's own mental thoughts, but all are born from a basis and rootlessness, and from the moment of birth, the absence of birth is perfected like clouds and rainbows in the sky, water bubbles in water, and smoke from fire, and there is no need for another realization beyond that. If one knows that reading, holding, meditating, and explaining, debating, writing, etc., and thinking about treatises are all just tenets of the mind, and if they are destroyed without inherent existence, then there is no other fruit to be desired by the mind, so the so-called Buddha is oneself. Thus it is said. Root: In particular, the supreme Tögal is one in which there are few deviations because the radiance of awareness is directly seen. Because the gross impurities of external phenomena such as earth, stones, mountains, rocks, and landscapes are exhausted, the path of the great elements' wisdom is clear as great light. Manifesting the inner arising Trekchö, even what could not be purified from the atom itself, ripens into the Vajra Body through the Great Transference. Until samsara is empty, it performs the benefit of others. Therefore, it is an instruction that clearly distinguishes the characteristics in which all the views, meditations, conduct, and results of one's own school are superior to mental discernment. That is to say, the special feature of liberation through diligent meditation is the supreme Tögal. Because the radiance of awareness is directly seen, there are few deviations, and the earth, stones, mountains, rocks, etc. arising externally
