Well-being and virtues diminish. Fall into the unequaled Vajra Hell. This means that if those who have broken their vows in this way do not confess with remorse and remedies, then in this life, all well-being and virtues will diminish like the setting sun, and in the afterlife, they will fall into a hell whose suffering is unmatched by all other hells, which is the Vajra Hell, and it is difficult to escape from there. Root text: With vows, sixteen lifetimes, Or quickly this or death, Do not abandon the intermediate state, Eight siddhis and ten powers, Outer and inner two, Eight powers and four vidyadharas, Supreme siddhi union seven limbs, Journey to the fields of the five bodies, Benefit of beings spontaneously accomplished. This means that if one's vows are not broken and one possesses them, then at most sixteen lifetimes, or more quickly, in this life or at the time of death or in the intermediate state, one will obtain the eight great siddhis, which are: Sky-walking, dwelling in the sky without death; Sword, defeating others; Pill, holding it in hand, the body can become invisible; Swift feet, wearing accomplished shoes, one can circle the ocean in an instant; Vase, in which inexhaustible wish-fulfilling treasures arise; Subjugated yaksha, by enslaving the yaksha, one can accomplish whatever is needed, and complete the work of a million people in a single day, such as King Ashoka's construction of chaityas, building a hundred thousand stupas in one night; Taking essence, having the lifespan of the sun and moon, the strength of an elephant, the radiance of a lotus, and a body lighter than cotton, obtaining the power of Guru Padmasambhava; Eye medicine, applying the accomplished substance to the eyes, one can see underground treasures, like Anathapindika. The ten powers are: Power over life, one can stay for as long as one wishes; Power over mind, one can enter into immeasurable samadhi in an instant and arise at will; Power over possessions, one can bring down various foods and wealth into the world with just a thought; Power over actions, one can act as one wishes in all places of crafts and actions; Power over birth, one can be born in any desired realm of gods or humans; Power over aspiration, one can transform all lands into various jewels.

By mastering aspiration, one can fulfill any prayer, such as filling the world with Buddhas. By mastering magical abilities, one can hold immeasurable Buddha-fields in the space of a single hair-pore, and transform at will. By mastering wisdom, one knows whatever one desires to know. By mastering Dharma, one is skilled in establishing the names and meanings of all Dharmas. The ten supremely pure powers exist in the state of Buddhahood. The eight great siddhis are: Subtlety: Seeing all phenomena of samsara and nirvana as being of Madhyamaka nature. Levitation: By the power of the wind of wisdom, one can travel and see the boundless worlds in an instant through magical abilities. Entering into the minute: By the power of the wind-mind entering the central channel, one realizes that both self and other dissolve into emptiness, thus extinguishing dualistic appearances. Potency of enjoyment: Because the inner consort is the central channel, the wind-mind enters into it, thus one can enjoy the five uncontaminated objects of desire, such as the form of Vajra nature. Great Self: Possessing blazing marks and signs, overcoming the four maras, and becoming the master of power and strength. Gratification: Being able to show various forms of emanations of body and speech according to the wishes of beings, thereby satisfying their minds. All-Subduing: Being able to establish sentient beings in the state of perfect two accumulations, so there is not even a moment when one does not act for the benefit of others. Doing as one pleases: For the benefit of oneself and others, one can cause meteorites to fall, create sounds like the roaring of the ocean, transform one into many, and many into one, thus gaining mastery over magical abilities. All of this depends solely on one's own will, therefore, one is said to possess mastery because one has power over all uncontaminated qualities. Thus, from the state of the thirteenth Bhumi, the essence of the result is the Yuganaddha body, complete with seven limbs. The body, which is all forms, appears in all knowable appearances, is union. Speech, which is free from the obscurations of sound and words, is the Sambhogakaya. Mind, which is liberated from the thoughts of grasping and being grasped, dwells in immutable great bliss, and that bliss is also without inherent existence, that is, emptiness.
