I am free with the mind of enlightenment, therefore it is called empowerment. When the arising stage of Mahayoga, which is divided from the three inner tantras, is performed with the vase empowerment and its branches, the benefits and abilities of the qualities are especially excellent. At the time of Inner Long Anu, with the sound and meaning of inner and secret, with the empowerment of the hidden vidya, enjoying the conventional bodhicitta, and being free with the wisdom of melting bliss, therefore it is called empowerment. At the time of the secret Great Perfection's with-elaboration empowerment, the outer relies on the vase, and the seven special substances such as peacocks and mirrors cut off the stream of the seven existences. The inner relies on the eight auspicious substances and the seven treasures, temporarily obtaining desires and ultimately obtaining the freedom of mind and wisdom. Relying on the non-elaboration secret, the five amritas, the vajra (Tibetan, Sanskrit: वज्र, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra, literal Chinese meaning: diamond) and the body of the Great Lord, etc., the seven supreme substances are given, and the seven wheels of existence are cut off internally. When the with-elaboration's non-elaboration Prajna-vidya relies on sindhura and mirrors with handles, etc., the seven substances of compassion are relied upon, and empowerment is given in the three places such as the secret place, cutting off the stream of the seven actions of secret mind entering, and obtaining the stability of the three vajras and non-dual wisdom. It also shows the cause and effect of the two secret Prajnas and places them in the third position. The with-elaboration's complete bodhicitta relies on relaxation, and empowerment is given relying on the seven objects of non-objectification such as abandonment and realization, cutting off the seven combinations that enter the three realms. The third Prajna empowerment is represented by what is shown below. Non-elaboration has four complete outer, inner, secret, and complete aspects. The outer relies on the mandala and the vase to purify the letters of body, speech, and mind with wheels. The inner dharmas such as non-arising are the determination of the vase position. The secret is a symbol of the great unobstructed view of all phenomena arising and liberating. The complete dharmas, such as selflessness, are the word empowerment. In the empowerment of extreme non-elaboration, there is also the distinction between outer samsara and nirvana, and the inner twenty-five wisdoms are used to offer mandalas and make requests. The secret is to enter the door of mind nature from the four directions of space. Completion is to show that the mind is boundless with the sound of vast space. Extreme non-elaboration is the outer posture, the inner view, and the secret

Combining these two allows one to enjoy the Buddha-field. Perfection refers to using the meaning of words like "go." The purification, the fruit of purification, etc., of these should be understood from a broad context. The way of these is that the empowerment that comes from the mouth of the lama relies on the literal meaning of the empowerment ritual; the empowerment that relies on the blessing of the yidam is like rain of scriptures falling on the roof of the king's house. The empowerment prophesied by Vajra Dakini is like Nagarjuna and Trogzang stealing the Two Examinations and the Mahamaya from Orgyen Dharma Ganza, being chased and caught by the dakinis, and being told to become the owner of this Dharma and proclaim it, thus obtaining the empowerment. The empowerment obtained through the power of one's own mind is the empowerment of awareness obtained through the view of Dharmata, and based on this, the disciple obtains accomplishment, which is the fruit of empowerment. These are taught in Jowo's Condensed Precepts. Thus, the classification of empowerments according to the individual tantras is not definitively fixed, and all the antidotes spoken to tame the minds, thoughts, faculties, habits, and afflictions of those to be subdued are included in the four empowerments. For example, externally, there are the four seasons; internally, there is equality with the three doors; ultimately, in order to combine the four extremes of birth, cessation, coming, going, existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation, one purifies through the vase, secret, wisdom, and fourth empowerments, and through the four paths of accumulation, union, seeing, and meditation, one obtains the four bodies. Therefore, from low to high, the four empowerments arise, incorporating the distinctions of the deities. Furthermore, just as in the Paramita, the same basis is placed at the stage of abandoning what is to be abandoned by seeing, and at the stage of maturing to be able to generate the path of seeing, so in the Mantrayana path, through uninterrupted empowerment, in order to freely transform what is to be abandoned and what is to be attained in this very life, it is placed at the stage of maturing the continuum. Root: The basis, path, and fruit are the four empowerments, the basis of the channels, winds, and bindus that are primordially established. The nature of oneself is the same as these, possessing them equally, and there are two causes that act together: the capable disciple is the condition of the cause, the guru who possesses the view is the condition of the master, the ritual that understands the ability is the condition of knowledge, and dependent arising is the immediate condition, two causes and conditions.
