Therefore, why be poor? Because of offering and serving the Buddhas, bestowing empowerments, turning the wheel of Dharma, and for the sake of offering activities. Then, after giving the torma to the outsiders, drive away Vishva Vajra and others with four "Hum" syllables for a long time. Visualize the ten fingers as the father and mother of the five families, verify the truth, and from the intersection of the crossed fingers, the rays of light of Bodhicitta arise, dissolving the obscurations of the disciples into light, turning them into mercury, visualize that as Vairochana, and divide and protect the three places (body, speech, and mind) with three seed syllables. After that, the Lama places the three seed syllables in the three places, such as "Kaya Siddhi Om," and bestows the vows of body, speech, and mind, such as "Sarva Tathagata Kaya." In particular, determine the lineage of the Great Vehicle, which is skilled in the great secret method, inseparable from the Buddhas, and possesses the benefit of subduing the demons, all of which should be understood through the generation of the mind of yoga, with one's own mantra, that is, reciting "Om Sarva Yoga Citta Utpadaya Mi." And guide them to practice, in terms of the meaning of meditation, in the heart, on the mundane Bodhicitta moon seat, seal with the five-pronged vajra of the ultimate Bodhicitta emptiness, thereby accomplishing the seed of non-regression from enlightenment. After that, touch the heart with the vajra flower, reciting "Om Sura Samaya Tvam Hoh Siddha Vajra Ya Yatha Sukham," which means that the nature of the combined vows, the accomplishment of bliss as it is, is transformed into the nature of Vajrasattva, and offer with flowers and so on. "This secret of all Buddhas," and so on, understand with meaning. This means, do not mix with those who break vows and do not want to restore them, and those who do not believe in mantras, such as Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, those who are not are ordinary people, others can understand through words. Then, the master guides the disciple, leading them inside the curtain with "Ah Kham Bira Hum," and slowly guides him to circle with "Maha Rata Su Dridha Su Toshyo Su Poshyo Vajra Sattva Adhya Siddhya Mam." Then, regarding the establishment of vows, one should also understand the methods of establishing vows in various scriptures from the three aspects of benefits, faults, and both in common. In this way, associated with proclaiming and upholding vows, the practice of skillful means and the view of wisdom are combined.

It is shown that even if one enjoys desirable objects through relationships, one is not tainted by faults. Then, as stated in the ritual text, because one is equal to the deity, one throws flowers and examines good and bad omens, etc. That is, if one cannot distinguish whether the colors are real or merely symbolic, then all phenomena follow intention, so it is said that it is permissible to throw them on the densely lined areas of the mandala. Then, the secret entry, the descending of wisdom, is: contemplate that because of praveśa (प्रवेश, entering), the shell of the egg of ignorance is broken, so open the body, and recite many āveśa (आवेश, entering), generate confidence in the view, and contemplate that the deity who is in accordance with the lineage dissolves and is inseparable, then recite the mantra of descent, play music, etc., and know that it should be done according to the empowerment ritual. That is, the sign of the arrival of the wisdom being is that in the continuum that has become the basis of the uncontrived, uncontaminated mind, it is called the wisdom that arises from empowerment. That is, it is very important that the one who descends the wisdom be endowed with confidence in view and meditation. Furthermore, the method of descending wisdom, the materials and implements, the generation stage, the completion stage, the throwing ritual, etc., are also according to the ritual text. Then, the object of opening the eyes, the method of opening the eyes with verses and mantras. From inviting (the deity), slowly prostrating from the four directions, and finally indicating the face of the deity, etc., should be examined in detail in the great commentary. The above is the ritual of entry. That is, throwing flowers and above is the outer entry, and removing the blindfold and indicating the mandala, etc., is the inner entry. The general meaning of these is that making the ground even like a torma is the auspicious connection for realizing that all phenomena are equal. Then, measuring the size of the mandala with wisdom symbolizes the generation of subsequent wisdom. Then, drawing the lines is that the dharmata of wisdom does not change outside of the mandala. Distinguishing the colors symbolizes the transformation of the eight consciousnesses into the five wisdoms. Arranging the forms on it is to expand appearance, sound, and awareness into the three places of the mandala. Abiding on it, practicing and offering, is to make the mandala of body and wisdom spontaneously perfect. Performing fire puja at that time is to give the meaning of great bliss to the continuum and burn the collection of conceptual thoughts. Then, entering the mandala is to practice being equal to the deity. Then, the disciple enters, which is to approach accomplishment. The fourth is the dharma of bestowing empowerment upon entering.
