Not depending on grasping this shore, but flexible thought is the distinction that depends on grasping the other shore, it is the eye for viewing the scriptures. That is to say, for those wise people who understand the principle of arising in combination with the vessel of those to be tamed, contradictions are not aggregates. Root verse: From the perspective of what is to be measured, the doors of Dharma spoken by the Victorious One, all eighty-four thousand are the meaning, the conventional truth and the ultimate truth of the world, there is no third truth other than the two. This is to say that from the perspective of what is to be measured or measured, the eighty-four thousand doors of Dharma spoken by the Victorious One are also for taming the three poisons of afflictions, namely the Vinaya, Sutras, and Abhidhamma, the three pitakas, and the three trainings of realization, or from the perspective of a large number, all that is spoken is nothing but the conventional truth and the ultimate truth of the way things appear, and there is no third truth other than these two. Root verse: Conventional truth has two aspects of appearance, whatever appears to the confused consciousness, those that act in accordance with the appearance itself, are the correct conventional truth, although they appear, but do not act, are called the false conventional truth. This is to say that all that appears in the confused appearance produced by the eight aggregates of consciousness of the mind and the clinging that arises to it, in short, all that appears in the confused consciousness is conventional truth. There are also two kinds of appearances, that is, whatever appears in the confused consciousness, those that act in accordance with the appearance itself are the correct conventional truth, for example, the two of virtue and evil directly become the cause of future happiness and suffering, etc. Although they appear in the five sense doors, they cannot act, such as the reflection of the moon appearing in the water, and the lamp in the picture cannot dispel the darkness; the various kinds of music drawn in the picture cannot be heard; the images of various incenses appear but cannot be tasted; the images of various foods and drinks appear but cannot be tasted by the tongue, etc., these are called false conventional truth. Although these two conventional truths are divided into two kinds, correct and false, if measured from their nature, they are not different, because the habitual tendencies and arising in confusion are the same, and the appearance in their respective sense objects is also the same. When the two conventional truths appear in the temporary confusion of equanimity, they are the objects of eye consciousness.

If it exists, then existence and non-existence are simultaneous, existence and non-existence are together, and it is not established by its own nature due to oneness. Especially when one obtains the exalted wisdom, all thoughts and appearances with clinging to reality are the reversed conventional truth; all appearances and appearances without clinging to reality are the correct conventional truth. Root text: The ultimate truth is the way of abiding of the nature, the dharmas of samsara and nirvana, the essence is non-dual, primordially beyond thought and expression, realization and non-realization cannot be established by the mind. This means that the ultimate truth is the way of abiding of the nature of the ground, the peace of its own nature, without elaboration, beyond one and different, and all dharmas of samsara and nirvana are primordially without essence, therefore it cannot be established by the mind of ordinary beings, whether realized or not. Thus, the two truths are taught as a skillful means for the benefit of sentient beings, but from the perspective of reality, they are not different. Root text: The union of appearance and emptiness, the mixture of the two truths, is like the arising of the moon's reflection in a pond. From the perspective of appearance, it is the conventional truth, and the non-establishment of its own nature is the ultimate truth. This means that the way of abiding of the conventional, like the appearance of the moon's reflection in a pond, the conventional that appears to the eye consciousness is established as false, but the moon is not real, therefore it is equal in the ultimate truth, the appearance of the mixture of the two truths, those that become the object of the six consciousnesses, and emptiness, the emptiness of the nature of the dharmadhatu of those, just like the appearance of the moon's reflection in a pond that was just mentioned, from the perspective of appearance, it is the conventional truth, and the non-establishment of its own nature is called the ultimate truth, thus repeating the explanation. Root text: The consciousness of the five objects is like unmixed colors, taking the parts of enjoyment of forms and so on, clinging to them, the mental thoughts of negation and affirmation, examine the eight examples of illusion and magic. This means that the five objects are form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. When the mind enters into these, it distinguishes them separately, and the illusory consciousness that appears in the mental thoughts of negation and affirmation, like the colors of the rainbow that are not mixed, takes the parts of enjoyment of forms and so on. For those clinging to them, the parts of negation and affirmation and mental thoughts are all examined in the eight examples of illusion and magic. If one becomes accustomed to this, one can leave the city of existence.
