If it is said that doing so will cause laughter, then the mantra practitioner will not become a Vajradhara, and if the four empowerments are not complete, one will not attain Buddhahood, which is contradictory. Like a piled-up mound, it is believed that the three (referring to the three vows) are not mixed in their essence, and that precepts are impossible to exist, and between actions and aspirations, initially arising from a single aggregation of causes, not contradicting in the middle, and finally becoming a single practice community, thus the three dharmas are complete, and none of the essence and the three times are the same, so it is reasonable. The analogy of the gathering of the sun, moon, and stars illustrates that subordinates of lesser ability feel inferior. In this regard, the great scholar Vimalamitra said: Because one realizes that the mind that performs the action is without inherent existence, or if one meditates on all phenomena as being without inherent existence, then it can be considered that this alone is pure discipline. Root verse: All those categories of vows, Like the time of rituals, each unmixed, During the period of protection, all that is needed is complete, The essence of transformation is carried out by the power of wisdom, The distinction between general and specific is the characteristic. This means that although there are all those categories of vows, like the time of the three vows' respective rituals, each of their rules is unmixed, and during the period of protection of the Pratimoksha vow, the novice vow, and the Bhikshu vow, all the afflictions to be abandoned and the necessary vows, both root and branch, are complete. Moreover, whether the vows transform depends on the individual, and their essence is carried out by the power of wisdom. The distinction between general and specific is its characteristic. Here, the three vows are the prescribed transgressions, and if there are no vows, then there is neither merit nor transgression, and the intermediate state not bound by vows is good, but one cannot be liberated from samsara. Root verse: The tenet of transformation has no reversal, If a transgression arises from the Pratimoksha, it should be confessed, Confessing oneself contradicts the transformation, Confessing to the higher one means there is no transgression, so no need to change. This means that according to the view of the established tenet of transformation, there is no need for reversal or modification, that is, if any transgression arises from the perspective of the Pratimoksha vow, then it is said that one must confess from the Pratimoksha vow itself, which contradicts the fact that the lower vow has already been transformed into the higher one.

It is unreasonable to revise it in reverse, and if the superiors revise it, even if the Pratimoksha vows are lost, the superiors will not fall because of this, so there is no need to revise it in reverse, which is a sophistry. Like this, the practitioner is the mind, and the mind itself is the karma of good and non-good. From the good and bad karma, happiness and suffering arise, so the method of taking and abandoning them is the vows. If the three qualified people who enter the path are just claiming to be a Bhikshu Vajradhara, from the overall point of view, the three vows each hold their own characteristics, and their respective natures are not mixed. Therefore, from all the topics, for all people, whoever receives the three vows, the transformation will not occur simultaneously in their continuum, just as there is copper in copper ore, and chalcopyrite and galena are produced separately. The lower transforms into the upper, saying that it is enough to just protect one mantra, which is also unreasonable, because despising the lower is a downfall, and it is said that all the vows must be protected, so it is harmful. Root verse: Are the vows born from body and speech form? The continuous mind of abandoning takes root, clinging to reality. Without mastering the methods of transformation and path-use, even if one enters the Mahayana path and receives empowerment, one is not a Vajradhara who has attained transformation. This says that the Pratimoksha vows are produced from body and speech, so they are form, or like sins such as greed and hatred, the metaphor of abandoning the continuous mind taking root is like planting seeds in the ground, having the fault of clinging to reality. Those who look like Bodhisattvas, without transforming them like dreams and illusions, and without mastering the afflictions with the methods of path-use as in the tantric scriptures, even if they enter the Mahayana path and receive the four empowerments, they are not Vajradharas who have attained transformation as the lower transforms into the upper, literally. Root verse: What purifies the vows is attention, what purifies attention is deity yoga, what purifies it is to become accustomed to wisdom, the stipulated downfalls are phenomena with arising and ceasing, not clinging to self-characteristics, there is no gain or loss, there is no contradiction in the beginning, middle, and end, the essence is conventional truth, therefore transformation is accomplished. This says that it shows that what makes one's attention impure is the generation stage deity yoga, even so, one becomes accustomed to the wisdom that purifies it, the stipulated downfalls are the actions of body and speech, which are phenomena with arising and ceasing, therefore not clinging to self-characteristics, that is, things and appearances, so one must protect.
