Since the Arhats of Akanishta in Napa cannot be born there, it is believed that after attaining Buddhahood there, they first manifest as emanations to show the aspect of attaining Buddhahood in Jambudvipa. The nature of the path of no-more-learning is the essence of the three bodies and five wisdoms, and from the perspective of the ground, the eleventh ground, the All-Illuminating, is the pinnacle of the causal vehicle, reaching the end of the emanation body's ground. Furthermore, Acharya Shantarakshita believes that one can also hold the Vajra of Mantra through the Paramita's own path, which is only a general meaning. Moreover, although the Buddhas of Sutra and Tantra differ in form, and the methods of taming beings to be tamed, activities, realms, fields of activity, and the distinctions of grounds and paths can be distinguished, when measured in terms of meaning, the Dharmadhatu is universal and does not change. Among these, for the time being, the distinctions of the Vajrayana grounds are: the All-Illuminating Ground, the Amrita-Illuminating Ground, the Space-Illuminating Ground, the Vajra-Illuminating Ground, the Jewel-Illuminating Ground, the Lotus-Holding Ground, the Karma-Illuminating Ground, the Unparalleled Ground, the Ground Beyond Comparison, the All-Knowing Ground, and the Ground of Pure Self-Nature, these twelve grounds are explained to illustrate the five families, the five wisdoms, and the union of skillful means and wisdom. Among them, possessing wisdom without attachment and compassion without objectification is: the twelfth ground, the Unattached Lotus Holder, and from its blessings, the boundless mandala of the victorious ones arises spontaneously and effortlessly, therefore the thirteenth ground is the Ground of the Great Assembly of Letters and Wheels. From the Tantra Gongdu it says: Desire-mind and distinguishing the great elements, and exhaling the great breath and obtaining the great empowerment, Maitripa said that one cannot attain Buddhahood through the Paramita Vehicle's own path, but it is also necessary as a stepping stone to the Mantra path, Naropa said that one can attain Buddhahood through the Paramita Vehicle, but the difference between Mantra and the two is: the eleventh ground still needs to enter the Mantra path and accomplish Buddhahood through the swift path. Thus, the nature of the three Vajras of the Victorious Ones is Bodhicitta, which is the lineage mind, the causal mind, and the resultant mind, not separate from each other, and should be understood as the Dharma-nature being universally pervasive. The nature of the Buddha is inconceivable, therefore it is said that it cannot be measured by thought. Thus, these are the qualities of the Dharma Jewel.

Knowing this is knowing the teachings of the Victorious Ones; knowing this is also knowing the tenets; and by this, one also knows the characteristics of what saves from samsara. Root text: The essence of the Sangha is the union of knowing and liberation, the four pairs or eight individuals of Hearers and Solitary Realizers who have entered the path and abide in the fruition, and all those who abide on the Bodhisattva grounds. Although it is impossible to express the qualities of their own grounds, the essence of the path and salvation is the sacred Dharma. The Dharma arises from the Teacher, and the Sangha is the companion or the basis of learning for accomplishing it. Therefore, it is established as the Three Jewels, the objects of refuge. Thus, the essence of the Sangha possesses eight qualities of knowing and liberation, namely, the quality of knowing how it is, the quality of knowing how many there are, and the quality of knowing the inner wisdom. On top of that, there are the qualities of liberation from the obscurations of attachment, the qualities of liberation from the obstructive obscurations, the qualities of liberation from the inferior obscurations, the quality of knowing the basis of differentiation, and the two qualities of liberation, making eight in total. The one who possesses all eight is the noble, irreversible Sangha, and therefore it is mentioned as the essence of the Sangha. The knowing and liberation of Hearers and Solitary Realizers are inferior to it, so it is like a branch of it. The Hearer is the fruit of entering the stream because the Teacher has abandoned the three all-pervasive bonds. Entering the stream means that the three poisons are subdued by the antidotes, and one is not distracted from the samadhi of single-pointed quiescence. Because desire for desire is weakened, it is the fruit of once-returning. The five lower fetters are the five poisons, and abandoning the five poisons in one's own mindstream with antidotes is the fruit of non-returning. The five higher fetters are the five attachments to what is to be abandoned and the antidotes, and being separated from them is the Arhat. Thus, the two of entering the stream and abiding in the fruition, the two of once-returning and abiding in the fruition, the two of non-returning and abiding in the fruition, and the two of Arhat and abiding in the fruition are the eight individuals. If they are combined in pairs, there are four pairs. The Solitary Realizer also has eight fruitions of entering the path, and the difference that is superior to the Hearer is that he knows that all phenomena that arise are of the nature of cessation, so he attains self-awakening. The above is the outer Sangha, and the inner Sangha is all those who abide on the Bodhisattva grounds, such as the wise goers, those who go by power, those who are born from mantra, and the brave wise goers, protectors of the Dharma, who are born from karma.
