That is, it also encourages other followers to practice in the same way, is good at guiding those who can be tamed into the Dharma, has an unbroken lineage, and possesses the power of blessing. Relying on such a supreme lama, one can quickly attain the common worldly truth and the supreme ultimate truth. Root verse: Like a Brahmin, protecting the lineage, or in a pond fearing the decline of the dwelling, bathing for the sake of hearing and thinking, which is not the place for fruit, and a guide like a wooden self-grinder. It means that a Brahmin is a lineage, that is, maternal relatives, and the clan is the tradition, Vedas, and evil mantras of the Brahmin's own ancestors. Like diligently protecting those from not declining. Some who rely on the eight worldly dharmas, those who gain fame in the name of a lama, whether their dwelling is large or small, fearing that it will decline, pretend to be diligent in the three actions of the wise, such as hearing and thinking, in a pond according to their own wishes, but the fruit is not the destination, but bathing for the sake of this life, just like a wooden self-grinder cannot grind grains, a guide who is only beautiful in appearance is a demon that hinders the student's path to liberation. Root verse: Although the nature of each ordinary person does not contradict, they apply hasty matters to the place with foolish faith, are filled with gain and respectful offerings, and are spiritual friends like frogs in a well. It means that the nature of the Dharma of the two, the noble and the ordinary, is different. The former, the seven noble riches are mostly complete, and they are free from all dust and views. The latter, the ignorant thoughts and behaviors, greedy and stingy, and improper behaviors, duplicity, and irritable nature seem not to contradict, but fools do not understand the reason, and apply hasty matters to the place with blind faith. That is to say, some people who have the faults of ordinary people who have been abandoned by the thoughts and behaviors of the noble, when they wander around like robbers in order to seek gain, arrogance arises from the respectful offerings of others, such as spiritual friends like frogs at the bottom of a well, this is the lifeblood of beings.
