Explained as, "It is the power of the Buddha!" Third, vowing to compose. Vowing to compose is: (Root Verse): The treasure that perfects the virtues of the supreme wise, Having gathered in one place, creating freely, Although the sound of chatter is not beautiful, It is worthy to listen to for the sake of the true Dharma. This is to say, like this, the wise Buddhas with the ocean-like treasury of Sutras and Tantras, and the noble beings with the treatises established by the five great bonds and the four branches of necessary explanations, etc., although there are Buddha's words and commentaries, they have not seen the truth of Dharma-nature, have not received the blessings of the gods, and those who have not studied the five sciences, creating evil treatises freely, the three aspects of the inner path are few, and the six evils of the outer path may also be mixed, like the torrent of a mountain stream, the sound of chatter is incessant, like this, there is no beauty of virtue to show off. But this treatise is not like that, because the meaning of the three causes of composing it is free, and the treatises related to the Three Jewels, the six ornaments of Jambudvipa, the two supreme ones, etc., will undoubtedly follow the footsteps of the noble Tibetan and Indian predecessors, so doubts should be dispelled. Hearing, thinking, and meditating, the three of teaching, debating, and composing, etc., for the sake of the true Dharma, one must rely on speech, so it is worthy to listen. After teaching like this. Second, in terms of the meaning of the text, explaining the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment. At the beginning of entering the meaning of the text, first reveal the faults and shortcomings of samsara: (Root Verse): From beginningless time, of birth, old age, sickness, and death, Those afflicted by the plague, with the great medicine nectar taste, Those who abandon the true Dharma in their hands, How shall I admonish those beings? That is to say, the beginning of samsara cannot be estimated, but it is constantly tormented by birth, old age, sickness, and death, like patients infected with the plague, the only thing that can benefit them is the true Dharma, which is the taste of the great medicine nectar, and there is no other way. Now that the true Dharma is in hand, whether to do good or abandon evil depends on oneself, at this time, if one turns body, speech, and mind to evil, and abandons good deeds, then the connection with the path of liberation will surely be cut off. Therefore, to those beings who pervert good and evil, how shall I

How is it said? It also implies that even if said, it is difficult to be helpful. Next, in order to show that leisure and fortune are difficult to obtain, the faults and shortcomings of the eight states of unfreedom are explained. Root verse: For a long time, in the wilderness of samsara, heads and limbs have been cut off and suffered, and those whose future transformations of suffering are hidden, still crave the happiness of heaven and are foolish. This means that not just a short time, but from a very long time without beginning, in the wilderness of samsara, that is, in a bad place like a place where there are no helpers and enemies, robbers, thieves, wild animals, poisonous snakes, etc. inflict harm, when repeatedly circling in the places of the eight kinds of unfreedom, such as this, heads and limbs, etc. are cut off and suffer greatly, and even in this present situation, only obtaining a human body, entering the door of the holy Dharma, and although many seem to be good, they still do not go beyond the eight worldly dharmas, and if carefully examined, only not having a wife is considered the highest renunciation. Knowing the practice of exorcism is considered the Vajrayana, and so on. Relying on appearances and not thinking about faith, vows, purity, compassion, etc., like some non-Buddhists in India and some Bonpos in Tibet, displaying grand blood and flesh sacrifices, presuming to perform meritorious deeds for the deceased, all those who engage the three doors in non-virtue, and especially those who rely on Dharma to perform sacrifices such as killing, will certainly be born in the worst of the unfavorable states such as the three lower realms in the next life, and experience immeasurable suffering, but in this present age, pervasive is the suffering of conditioning, which is not visible on the surface, but the suffering that is difficult to bear in the future is hidden. Those who still hope to be born in a human place are like foolish cows who desire happiness but engage in the cause of suffering. Root verse: Those who lose mindfulness will fall again from here, wandering in the three lower realms and the gods without perception, borderlands, incomplete faculties, wrong views, and places where Buddhas do not appear. Losing mindfulness means that when unwholesome thoughts arise, one is unable to stop them with remedies, and the mind is scattered outwards.
