There is no greater allurement than this. Having placed the compounded aggregates of the skandhas in a vessel, please go to the peaceful forest highlands. This means that the objects of the six senses are the cause of generating only the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and delusion, and are more potent than virulent poison. Coarse ripening is not visible in manifest phenomena. Although it seems to taste sweet like honey when used, it affects not only one lifetime, but in all lifetimes it cannot be cured even with supreme secret mantras and medicine. Therefore, until the elephant of the mind is tamed and separated from the behavior of intoxication, there is no greater than these six alluring realms. Therefore, as long as the compounded aggregates of the skandhas of form, feeling, perception, etc., are placed in a vessel, one should rely on secluded places such as the peaceful forest highlands. Root text: The borderlands and wilderness are delightful, increasing sorrow; Abandon commerce, agriculture, and sinful friends; One is not burdened by taxes, labor, and the toils of livelihood; There is no unpleasant noise from birds and wild animals; Clear water and abundant fruits are widely available; The caves of rocky mountains and spacious leaf-built houses; It is pleasant to associate with the cool shade of trees; When will I think of going to live together? This means that the borderlands are places where people are scarce, and wilderness or monasteries are places far from villages, with only distant echoes, which are called secluded places. Such places are delightful, increasing sorrow, abandoning commerce, agriculture, and sinful friends, not burdened by taxes, labor, and the toils of livelihood, without unpleasant noise from birds and wild animals, with clear water and abundant fruits widely available, spacious caves of rocky mountains and leaf-built houses, and it is pleasant to associate with the cool shade of trees. When will I think of going to live together? Root text: There, the new guests of the four seasons, the forests displaying change and realization, taking their own non-affliction as proof, look at the merit proclaiming the seven steps. This means that in that place away from bustle, the new guests of the four seasons—summer, winter, autumn, and spring—the forests displaying change and realization, taking their own non-affliction

If it is not a place of liberation, then as a reason, the merit of walking seven steps towards the monastery, it is necessary to proclaim from all aspects of the Sutras, Vinaya, Abhidhamma, and instructions. If you go there and strive in practice, you will obtain the benefits. This is what is said. Root: Where meditation is extremely stable, that is the characteristic of higher mind training. The ritual of the body arising from interdependence is, possessing the seven aspects of Vairocana, with the mind as the life force. Strive in equanimity that is not one or two, with unwavering focus on any object, bind body, speech, and mind to virtuous deeds. Subside the appearance of elaboration into one suchness, the collection of appearing objects does not cease, yet there is no attachment there. Knowing the non-conceptual equanimity towards objects, the subsequent wisdom of higher seeing is of the same essence. This is to say, in the solitary place mentioned above, where meditation, that is, samadhi, becomes extremely stable, that is the characteristic of higher mind training. Like this, the ritual of how the body abides is: legs in vajra posture, hands in equanimity, etc., possessing the seven aspects of Vairocana, with the mind as the life force, constantly striving in equanimity that is not one or two, with unwavering focus on any object, binding body, speech, and mind to virtuous deeds, subsiding the appearance of elaboration, all that becomes the object of the six consciousnesses subsides into one suchness, the collection of appearing objects does not cease, yet there is no attachment there. Moreover, the basis for practice is the mind, its nature is, in the Ratnakuta Sutra, Light Protector says: If the mind is completely sought, it cannot be found. Whatever is not found is invisible. Whatever is invisible is not past, future, present, the three times, etc., anything at all. These and others should be understood from the extensive commentary. Root: If divided, there are three types of meditation: Childish Practice, Meaningful Discrimination, and Tathagata's Difficult Meditation. Similarly, there are four types of meditation with four possibilities of conceptualization and non-conceptualization. Similarly, the formless quiescence is the number of types. The samadhi in the continuum of one who has not entered the path is, meditation, formless, childish practice. The samadhi of one who has entered the path, with the paths of accumulation and preparation, manifests the path of liberation, and is known as Meaningful Discrimination. It is the samadhi of the noble ones of the first ground, because it is without defilements, it is Tathagata's virtue. This is to say, that
