In short, extracting the main points from the extensive explanation, from the perspective of analogy, (human life) is difficult to obtain; from the perspective of quantity, the number of humans is like the stars in the daytime, and the number of livestock is like the stars at night. Similarly, one should also understand the situation of pretas and hells. Root verse: Therefore, when possessing the great ship of leisure, if one does not cross the ocean of suffering, then the guest who takes Dharma as the path, striving and seeking opportunity, is like boarding a ship but failing to cross the sea, it is just futile. Now, not being born in the eight states of no leisure, having obtained the precious human body of leisure and endowment, this is like a great ship for crossing the ocean, when possessing this indestructible ship, if one does not make a method to liberate from the ocean of suffering of samsara, then even if there is an intention to enter the Dharma, it is like a traveling guest boarding a ship to seek treasures, seeking the opportunity to cross the sea, but failing to succeed, for those who are deluded by phenomena in this life, in order to reveal their faults, for you who have the body as the ship and the mind as the oar, if you do not cross the ocean of suffering of samsara, then it is equivalent to leading the precious human body with eighteen endowments to a meaningless state. After explaining in this way, the key to the treasury of virtues—the first chapter of the "Concise Explanation: Ocean Drop"—"The Jewel Key" ends. Chapter Two: Explaining Impermanence of Death Second, explaining the impermanence of death. Root verse: Conditioned existence, stability and change, the four characteristics of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness, even if they are set as the length of a kalpa, will eventually become a world of destruction, using names to belittle it, when cutting off attachment, seven suns (seven suns) and one water (flood) will come. The meaning is that the outer world has four stages: formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness. The first stage is: in the emptiness of space, the wind vajra cross, indestructibly formed, above it is the calmness of water, and above it is the golden foundation, like a yellow banner unfolding on the top of a mountain. Due to the moistening of clouds and rain, Mount Sumeru gradually formed in the center, and the four directions were successively composed of silver, lapis lazuli, ruby, and gold from the east, and the colors of the sky in each direction also appeared accordingly. Mount Sumeru has 80,000 yojanas submerged in water, and it also rises 80,000 yojanas above it. There are seven golden mountains on it.

Surrounded by encircling mountains, the interior is gradually equal in height to the ridge of the Yoke-holding Mountain (Gnya' shing 'dzin lhun po). Starting from that mountain, gradually decreasing by half and half, are the Plow-shaft-holding Mountain (Gshol mda' 'dzin), the Sandalwood-holding Mountain (Seg ldeng 'dzin), the Beautiful Mountain (Belta na sdug), the Horse-ear Mountain (Rta rna), the Well-subdued Mountain (Rnam 'dud), and the Encircling Mountain (Mu khyud 'dzin). Between these mountains are seven Playful Oceans encircling and swirling. The outer perimeter of the Encircling Mountain (Mu khyud 'dzin) is made of iron and is half its height. The four continents outside of it are: Eastern Videha (Shar lus 'pags po), shaped like a half-moon; Southern Jambudvipa (Lho 'dzam bu'i gling), shaped like a cart yoke, with the Vajra Throne, the place where a thousand guides reside, in its center; Western Godaniya (Nub na ba glang spyod), shaped like a circle; and Northern Kuru (Byang sgra mi snyan), shaped like a square. The eight subcontinents are: counting from the east, on the left and right sides of the four continents are: Deha and Videha, Camara and another Camara, Satha and Uttaramantrina, Kurava and the companion of Kurava. Thus, the front sides of these twelve continents face Mount Meru. Sentient beings with movement are also arranged in ascending order: first, the Avici Hell (dmyal ba mnar med), and above it are the eight hot hells, arranged in reverse order above all the rebirth hells. Twenty yojanas north of that mountain are the eight cold hells arranged in descending order. The ephemeral hells are also located in uncertain places, with the neighboring hells located in all four directions, four in each direction, totaling sixteen. The main pretas are located five hundred yojanas below the king's residence in Jambudvipa. It is said that most of the rest are also located in the abodes of gods and humans. In general, animals exist in the ocean, and scattered ones exist in the desire realm. The first level of heaven, humans, resides on continents other than Camara. Since only rakshasas reside on Camara, they are classified as rakshasa pretas. The second category of heaven is the gods, divided into the desire realm and the form realm. The first of the six desire realm heavens, the Four Great Kings, are located on the four steps of Mount Meru, as well as above the sun, moon, planets, and stars, and the seven golden mountains, and the peaks of the encircling mountains, and the gods of mountains, trees, and forests, etc., all belong to the category of the Four Great Kings. Among them, the first step is the lowest, and in order are the four who hold vessels in their hands, those who hold flower garlands, and those who are always intoxicated with honey wine. The place where the Four Great Kings reside, the east is the country
