I arrived at Pal Gampor. There, after asking the lama for permission, some of us entered that practice cave. My uncle, who was a teacher, stayed in a small room. A friend stayed in the Duskhyen cave, I stayed in the Osal cave, and the others stayed in Trashikhang. We stayed in those places and tried our best to practice the oral instructions. At that time, tea was as rare as rabbit horns, and we seven only got about ten bowls each. However, my uncle, the teacher, felt unwell after drinking tsampa tea, as if he was about to die, so I gave him my share. I relied only on tsampa drink, but because I was young, there were no major problems. At that time, there was a lama who had studied both Kagyu and Gelug teachings, and he was very attached to sectarian bias. When he died, he was reborn as a vicious demon, existing as a protector deity. In a dream, he manifested as a dark brown body, and I also came before him. He made that body rise into the clouds, became very huge, took the sun in his hand and put it in his bosom, and threatened me greatly. I hoped to generate a fierce deity generation stage, but the generation stage was robbed by fear and did not succeed. Now it seemed certain that I would be killed. I thought I must make a prayer that he could not harm anyone but me, and just as I was about to do so, he became a small body and seemed very shy. Once, I made a connection with the Duskhyen cave and stayed there. It was said that nearby, in the black water spring of Gampor, lived a fierce Naga king. In a daze, many small pigs came to attack me. I carefully observed whether I could resist, but sometimes I could resist one, sometimes I could not, and it went on for a long time, until both sides were at a loss. Among them, there was one who spoke human language, and his clothes and appearance were similar to humans. He said, "You are only frightened, but you are not really harmed. In the future, you must build a temple, and at that time we will help you." After saying that, he disappeared like a mist, and then I woke up.

Wake up! Like that, I couldn't stay in Ganzi (Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture) for more than three years, and my heart was longing for my hometown. Moreover, among the six fellow monks, some were old, and because of acclimatization problems and unfamiliarity with the diet, they became ill and were on the verge of death. Because of these reasons, I couldn't stay. I had planned to stay for a few years, but there was no way. At that time, a friend and I thought that if we escaped to other monasteries, our companions might return to their hometowns, and we decided to do so. However, because my uncle, who was a teacher, had a very serious illness like stiff legs, we couldn't abandon him, so we carried him together and circled around the Ü-Tsang area. We paid homage to the three sacred sites and three images of Yarlung, Samye Monastery and Lhasa, etc. The current pilgrims have not been able to surpass this method, and thus we returned to the city of Lhamin in our hometown. Here it is said: The power of past aspirations has enabled us to obtain the great boat of leisure and endowment, and at the same time, we must be liberated from the sea of suffering and listen to the Dharma. Even if we arrive in front of the Guru, we return again, such a person is the worst among children. Afterwards, we came all the way from the north, relying solely on begging for a living, living like birds, transcending all food, flaunting the realization of poverty. Because my uncle's illness was very serious, from Lhasa onwards, until we reached the Yarlung River, we never let him take off his shoes in any river, big or small, and always carried him on our back. Even when we couldn't find anything other than begged food and drink, we tried to provide it for him. Making beds and so on, even the narrow-minded people of today would not do that for their parents, helping him like that. However, he was never annoyed by unpleasant expressions such as complaining about favors, etc., and the Three Jewels can be taken as witness. Thinking of these things, most of the clever people of today are not as good as him in character. Afterwards, the teacher also passed away peacefully. The monks of Taglung Monastery were sowing seeds, and we helped them, so we got a lot of tsampa, and also got some tea and butter, leaving these important things for the teacher, and then returned to our hometown with our friends. A friend and I wanted to visit the monasteries and lamas in the Dege area, but our friends
