Having unwavering faith in the precious master, as if directly witnessing realization, was not a mistake. Although it appeared that way, due to my own stubbornness, I paid the ferrymen as porters and hired two people to ferry us across to save money. The three of us rode on the cargo to cross the river, and when we reached the middle of the river, one companion's load slipped backward, and then the other two couldn't hold on and slipped as well. Fortunately, the first person's load was good, so nothing happened. The loads of the later two of us were not good, and the water was turbulent, so the boat turned upside down, but since the two of us were used to the water, I immediately swam to the other side. He was also carried far away by the water, but he was unharmed and relieved. Later, I paid a little more ferry fare, and he listened. The three of us got on the boat and went to the other side. Guided by the butter lamp of the heart, we arrived at the place of Rakshul, and then gradually went to the village of Drarong. We arrived at the wealthy man named Gyana Pemo and circled him once to the right. Many women came carrying all the heavy, wet cargo of a large merchant caravan, and we met face to face. While carrying the heavy loads, they paid their respects, circled around, and sang a happy song in unison. Due to the change in scenery, the realization of various auspicious connections became clear, but I didn't reveal anything to anyone inside or outside, but all of that came to fruition in a very short time. After that, we gradually followed the path, from the She'u ferry crossing, Ser Shul, passing through the villages of Ge Tsa, and arrived at Arig Zatsang. There, we visited some acquaintances, obtained some butter and cheese curds, and carrying these things, we arrived at Dzogchen Monastery in the first month of winter. Not long after, we stayed there until we completed the vase practice of the total gathering offering. After that, an old man observed and saw that most of the monks in the monastery were only competing for wealth and possessions and had no essence, so he discussed with the companions who were going to the snowy mountains. One old man said that doing so would be difficult in many mountainous areas and it would be better to cancel it, and the others followed him. My own thought was that no matter what difficulties arose, I would not retreat, so I did not listen to them and went deep into the snowy mountains.

It is so. There, while staying in the monastery, because the hustle and bustle were very serious, I took leave and arrived at the cave, feeling happy, and had a few days of great joy. However, I urged myself, and even for a brief moment, I did not indulge, maintaining mindfulness without losing it. After about a month, unbearable distraction arose. From before that, the three things of enemies, lawsuits, and grudges, etc., unpleasant thoughts arose uncontrollably, and I could not stop them. For example, it was like a river flowing violently, approaching madness, and although the signs of the disease of the life force appeared. The rough appearance continued to occur, and an unbearable distraction manifested. From the tea-boiling pot, a ferocious beast showed its face with bared fangs, and suddenly arriving at a place of fighting, they were hitting each other with arrows, spears, knives, etc. Clearly seeing in front of me a lake, from which a bluish-red animal, about the size of an ox, came out, grazing and walking around. After a few days, one night, when I fell asleep slightly, from the front of the cave with two openings, a violent, ferocious, heartbreaking sound rang out, and I woke up at the same time. Such things continued to happen, and a black pillar of light appeared before my eyes, like a pillar erected in the center of the sky, and at the same time, a sense of terror, fear, and trembling arose, as if heaven and earth were turned upside down. All the illusory experiences were completed in himself. He himself transcended all elaborations. The state of fear, the mind of the fearful one, etc., upon waking up, all disappeared like the fear in a dream vanished without a trace, and after disappearing, a realization free from view and meditation clearly manifested. Spending time in that state, the previous rough appearances and other unpleasant things, as well as pleasant and joyful appearances, were all gone, and it was as if I remained naturally in an ordinary state. At that time, in a dream, I had dysentery, and just as the stages of purification manifested, I passed a lot of things like soot and coal ash, and finally passed the corpses of a goat and a lamb, suspecting it was the magic of gods and demons, so I looked at some butter, and there appeared a red and black, terrifying, fighting-like rocky mountain.
