The king, in order to invite Vimalamitra, sent three 'bre' of gold dust with Kawa Paltseg, Chokro Luyi Gyaltsen, and Ma Ban Rinchen Chok to India. They offered gold to the king named Dharmacakra, as an offering to the king's own guru, requesting that a Pandit who knows all the Sutra and Tantra Dharma come. After they requested, the king said, "When five hundred Pandits come tomorrow morning, I will tell them." After making such an agreement, the next day the Pandits gathered, and a golden mandala was offered in front. The king said, "The ruler of Tibet has sent me a good gift of gold, saying that a Pandit who knows all the Sutra and Tantra Dharma must be sent. If these three translators are sent to invite, someone skilled must come." After they requested, up and down, the Pandits looked at Vimalamitra, and although they didn't say he must go, as if urging with hints, they said, "You must go." Vimalamitra thought, "Although the Tibetan king has faith in the Dharma, the ministers have malice towards the Dharma. Vairocana, a disciple of Padmasambhava, has also been expelled. I don't know if I can subdue them. But in order not to disappoint the Tibetan king's faith, I must go once." So he said, "Bodhisattva Dha Thim (བོ་དྷི་ས་ཏྭ་དྷ་ཐིམ་, Devanagari: बोधिसत्त्व धा थिम्, Romanized Sanskrit: bodhisattva dhā thim, meaning: Bodhisattva Dha Thim)," three times. The three translators each had three different understandings. Kawa Paltseg understood it this way: "Relying on a bow and arrow, if a strong man can pull the bowstring with his finger, the arrow can hit the target." Ma Ban Rinchen Chok understood it this way: "Relying on a boat, if a strong man can row, the boat can cross the river." Chokro Luyi Gyaltsen understood it this way: "Relying on merit, wherever the vase of the body rolls in a place that is not one's own homeland, the river of consciousness flows there." Therefore, all three understood that they could go. After the great Pandit masters gave all the offerings and permission, the master and the three translators invited him, and in the place of Kali Sorzhi, which is four fingers wide, the Dzogchen Dharma was blessed with eight words, and carrying it as a pledge of commitment, they went to Samye.

After all the people welcomed him, they invited him to sit in the vast space, However, Vima did not prostrate to the king or the temple, causing everyone to be doubtful. The ministers then reported as follows: "In this temple of ours, in the past, Many panditas have come, And if we still need to invite them, I think there is no one who does not prostrate. What is the reason that you do not prostrate to the king and the temple?" When asked, Vima said, "Do you all, Not know the meaning of prostration? Having already prostrated to the deity who is inseparable from the Buddha, The deity cannot bear the actual posture of prostration, The reason for not prostrating is like that." The sovereign king thought in his heart: "I really don't know whether this person is an outsider or an insider." Hearing these words, Vima Mitra knew, Wore the Dharma robe, and the sovereign Visualized Vairochana in his heart, and with miraculous power, While prostrating, he said these words: "Vairochana, the deity of the form body born from accumulation, Vima Mitra, the prostration of the deity of wisdom, I perform prostration in the conventional appearance." In this way of prostration, Starting from the head of the Vairochana statue, Even the throne cracked. The king thought, "Is this person an outsider?" His face turned dark. Vima said, "King, are you unhappy?" The king replied, "I am unhappy." Then Vima Mitra prostrated again, "Vairochana, the image of the form body of dependent origination, Vima Mitra, the deity of the deity of wisdom, Grant the symbolic empowerment of the deity of wisdom." Having said this, he placed his hand on the head of Vairochana, Brilliant light shone more beautifully than before, The three layers of the head were covered with light, All the large and small temples of Samye Monastery, Were covered with light, performing an extraordinary consecration. At that time, Vima said to the king, "I will prostrate to you." After saying this, as he was about to prostrate, the king said: "Master, you are outwardly a monk, Inwardly, you are an accomplished yogi of mantra, Please do not prostrate." But Vima said: "You are a Dharma-protecting king, I must prostrate no matter what." Having said this, he prostrated. Light emanated from the prostration, and the king's Clothes burned as soon as they touched, The king's three doors of body, speech, and mind were filled with faith.
