Lhatsen Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Wealth Owner King Bekar and retinue, may you all control good and bad, pursue vows, and execute enemies who break vows. May you all be fair and witnesses. I, the vow-holder yogi, generate the mind of supreme enlightenment, to continue the lineage of the Buddhas of the three times, for the sake of accomplishing the benefit of both self and others, to those who lead others astray, and generally harm the Buddha's teachings, slander lamas, destroy monasteries and solitary places, are jealous of those who desire Dharma, violate orders and vows, violate laws and decrees, destroy mountain bans and hunting bans, have evil intentions and harsh actions, and pursue magic like debt, may you now immediately impose severe punishment! Let the enemies who break vows, along with their people, wealth, and retinue, be completely destroyed and annihilated! Destroy them like water extinguishing a fire! Destroy them like wind scattering ashes! Destroy them like hail destroying a rocky mountain! Destroy them like hail hitting crops! Break up friendly relatives and retinues, destroy nourishing bodies, cut off precious lifelines, and strip away power and status! Let the people, wealth, and retinue of those who break vows disappear without a trace, and guide their consciousness to the unborn realm of Dharma! Recite these curses, suppression, and reversal mantras, and clap your hands and snap your fingers. This was composed by Dzogchen Pema Rigdzin. Ah! May it be destroyed like summer ice melting! May this enemy who breaks vows have their male lineage completely eradicated! May the female lineage dry up from the womb! May the bloodline wither from the belly! May the heroes and swift horses fall! Strip away armor, weapons, and the three jewels! Turn friendly relatives and friends into hateful enemies! Transform into... Transform the protective ritual into the razor of life. In short, may all the phenomena of suffering, the aggregates, elements, sense bases, etc., of samsara, together with all that is manifest, become empty, exhausted, and nonexistent in the realm of the great emptiness of dharmata! May they be awakened into perfect enlightenment in the realm of irreversible, free from elaboration, suchness! Saying this, strike the great torma, or offer it in that direction according to the importance, and finally, display the remaining water in the torma dish, arrange the torma, bless them to be enjoyed as desired, and stabilize them like the deity's ritual. If it is related to suppressing enemies, the act of suppression should be completed thoroughly like a vajra mountain. When returning, to prevent evil spirits from following, build a stone pile as an auspicious object, decorate it with the letter "ཁྲོམཿ", and bless it by reciting the Garuda mantra. Visualize the wisdom Garuda cutting off the outer path in a terrifying manner. The Vajra Master suppresses with samadhi, and when (the evil spirits) arrive and reach the door, draw patterns on the ground again, with the intention of suppressing the following demons, and perform the dance suppression grandly according to the ritual. Chant the victory song loudly: Kye! The Bhagavan Great Sage, who defeated the hordes of demons, like the auspicious gathering of virtues, may we and our retinue be victorious today. Likewise, the Lotus Skull Garland, in sacred lands and Bhota (Tibet) and other places, subdues the demons of all regions, and I also subdue enemies and obstacles. King of the gods. Arrange the offerings on the left, and purify the impure with "རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit: ram yam kham, Romanized Sanskrit: ram yam kham, Literal Chinese meaning: Let Yang Empty)". Purify, increase, and transform with "ༀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit: om ah hum, Romanized Sanskrit: om ah hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum)". Incense with fragrant scents, and invoke blessings with the sound of musical instruments. First, invite the protector deities of the blessed land: Light radiates from the hearts of both myself and the one in front, and from the hearts of Ogmin, Ghanananda, and Gang Rinpoche, invite the Protector and the Goddess. From the self-existing ten directions of the pure lands, invite the body, speech, and mind of the Protectors of the ten directions, the workers, the Dharma protectors, the male lineage, the female lineage, and the war gods.
