Listen to me! In a secluded place, erect a victory banner of practice. Do not be complacent in a land of fierce arrogance. Be mindful of everything like a wild animal. Seek truth on the straight path, occupy a humble position, and wear tattered clothes. Even if you practice the precious Dharma properly, you will not be allowed to stay peacefully in your own homeland. Messengers of karma, be witnesses and judges! Act with powerful magical abilities, wandering everywhere, with inconceivable transformations. Emanations and retinues, listen to me! Squeeze bad blood from the inanimate stones. Seek flesh in the poison of hala hala (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Lasso the clear wind of the elements. Scoop up the clear water of the ocean. Practitioners are deceived by oath-breaking enemies. The Vajra King is demoted to a commoner today. Wrathful deities and butchers, be witnesses and judges! Emanations of karma, terrifying hosts of flesh-eaters, such as tongue-wolves, demon birds, tigers, leopards, bears, and so on. Possessing power over various hosts of emanations. All terrifying spirits, listen to me! The lion roams the snowy mountains, but encounters a blizzard. The tigress walks in the forest, but encounters an ambush. The eagle soars in the sky, but is caught in a net. The seagull sleeps in the ocean, but is caught by an iron hook. Practitioners rely on secluded places, but are driven from their homes. They are greatly humiliated, destroyed, and ruined. Gods and demons of existence, be witnesses and judges! Gods of virtue, born from the merit of nature, possessing clairvoyance and miraculous powers, listen to me! Yogis who practice according to the Buddha's teachings, as vast as the sky, but obscured like clouds. Common merit has no power to make the sun and moon rise. There is no control over the balance of light and darkness. The white side, be witnesses and judges! As white as snow, but as dark as moss. There is no power to do good deeds, no power to practice the precious Dharma properly. Gods above, be witnesses and judges! As calm as the ocean, but as turbulent as the waves. The innocent have no right to live in peace, no right to live in a humble place. Fierce ones in between, be witnesses and judges! Fleeing like a bird, but chased like a hawk. There is no right to dwell on the earth. May the Nagas below act as witnesses and testifiers! Though fleeing like meat, they are chased like dogs. There is no right to cling to the rock of innocent truth. There is no right to speak words that listen to truth and falsehood. May the local deities and earth lords act as witnesses and testifiers! They persecute Buddhists as if they were heretics. There is no right to propagate this Buddha's teaching. They persecute Dharma practitioners as if they were demons. There is no right to accomplish this path of liberation and enlightenment. They persecute yogis as if they were executioners. There is no right to occupy that secluded place on the mountainside. Though fleeing like fish, they are chased like nets. The evil mind never has a time to cease. Though served like a god, they descend like a demon. Though treated like a friend, they harbor resentment like an enemy. Lineage and non-lineage, truth and falsehood do not exist in the land. Though warded off like a shield, they pierce like an arrow. Though coiled like a snake, they penetrate like a tree. There is no tolerance or forgiveness for this evil conduct. Even if they harm all beings and harm the Dharma, There is no time for the ripening of this sin to come. They despise Dharma practitioners and belittle the guardians. They proclaim the faults of all beings in the ten directions. They pursue black magic like chasing a debt. And the treasure lords, the ocean-like assembly of oath-bound ones, May the gods and spirits of existence act as witnesses and testifiers! Bhyo! (Tibetan, भ्यो，bhyoḥ, exclamation, expressing amazement or prayer). All you oath-bound Dharma protectors, ocean-like assembly, Without forgetting your former vows and promises, Please observe good and bad, distinguish truth and falsehood, And swiftly inflict punishment on the enemy who breaks the oath! This enemy who hates me and breaks the oath, Slanders the Dharma and harms all beings, Destroys secluded places and disturbs the meditation and practice of Dharma practitioners, Proclaims that the guardians have no power or strength. Therefore, swiftly inflict fierce punishment! We, the Vajra Yogis who hold the oath, For the innocent and pure truth of our nature, Through the blessings of attaining the three bodies of the Buddha, And through the blessings of the unchanging truth of Dharma, And through the blessings of the unwavering intention of the Sangha, And through the true words of the ocean of oath-bound Dharma protectors, May we overcome enemies and obstacles and spread the Dharma! Samaya Bhyo Bhyo! (Tibetan, समया भ्यो भ्यो，samaya bhayo bhayo, oath, exclamation, oath, exclamation).
