地能承受，不应向非器者隐瞒，在僧团中争吵，向具信者宣说其他教法，在声闻众中住七日，虚假的瑜伽士生起我慢，向无信者宣说佛法，这些被说是粗罪。根本罪和粗罪的次第，应当通过仪轨来了解，如果违犯了就应当忏悔。如是所说，在此忆念，以身语意三门怀着懊悔之心，从内心深处忏悔，请赐予清净。祈请善逝之子垂念我。如是说三遍，以虔诚的信心重新受持三律仪，并恢复旧的律仪。从今以后，不再杀生，也不取他人之财物，不行淫欲之法，也不说虚妄之语。应当完全断除，作为众多过失之所依的酒。不应坐高大的床座，同样，不应食用非时之食。香、花鬘、装饰品以及歌舞等也应断除。如阿罗汉恒常不作杀生等事一样，同样断除杀生等事。愿迅速获得无上菩提。如是受持别解脱戒。如往昔的善逝们，发起菩提心，并安住于菩萨的学处中，他们如何次第安住，同样为了利益众生，我亦发起菩提心，并且也如是次第地修学学处。如是受持菩萨戒。以及诸佛之子，所有勇士瑜伽母们，请垂念我。我名为金刚心，从此时起，乃至菩提果之间，如三世诸佛，于菩提中决定，我亦发起无上殊胜的菩提心。守护戒律之学处，积累善法之学处，利益有情之学处这三种，各自坚定地受持。佛、法、僧，是无上的三宝，从佛陀瑜伽所生的律仪，坚定地受持。于伟大的金刚部族中，也真实地受持金刚铃的印。

The earth can bear it. Do not conceal from those who are not vessels. Arguing within the Sangha. Teaching other doctrines to those with faith. Staying seven days among the Shravakas. A false yogi becomes arrogant. Teaching the Dharma to those without faith. These are said to be gross transgressions. The order of root and gross transgressions. Should be known through the ritual. If broken, it should be confessed. As it is said, remembering this here. With remorse in body, speech, and mind. I confess from the depths of my heart, please grant purity. Sugata's sons, please be mindful of me. Saying this three times, with faith and devotion, renewing the three vows. From today on, I will not kill. Nor will I take the wealth of others. I will not engage in sexual acts. Nor will I speak false words. I will completely abandon alcohol, which is the basis of many faults. I will not sit on high thrones or seats. Likewise, untimely food. Scents, garlands, ornaments, and. Singing and dancing, etc., should be abandoned. Just as Arhats always. Do not commit killing, etc. Likewise, abandon killing, etc. May I quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment. Thus, the Pratimoksha. Just as the Sugatas of the past. Generated the mind of enlightenment. And in the training of Bodhisattvas. As they abide in order. Likewise, for the benefit of beings. I will generate the mind of enlightenment. And likewise in the training. I will train in order. Thus, the Bodhisattva vows. All the Buddhas and their sons. All the heroes and yoginis. Please be mindful of me. My name is Vajra Mind. From this time on. Until the essence of enlightenment. Just as the protectors of the three times. Determined in enlightenment. The supreme, unsurpassed mind of enlightenment. I will generate the sacred. The training of morality. And the accumulation of virtuous Dharmas. The three trainings of benefiting sentient beings. I will firmly uphold each separately. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. The unsurpassed Three Jewels. The vows born from Buddha Yoga. I will firmly uphold them. In the great, supreme Vajra family. I will also truly uphold the mudra of the Vajra bell.

作。 珍宝种姓最殊胜， 誓言悦意于心间， 每日六时恒常施， 四种布施常行持。 大菩提中生出之， 清净莲花最胜族， 外内密之三乘法， 殊胜之法受持行。 业之种姓最殊胜， 具足一切诸律仪， 如实受持而行持， 供养之事尽力作。 菩提之心无上胜， 殊胜我已发心故， 为利一切诸有情， 我受持一切诸律仪。 未度者我当度脱之， 未解脱者令解脱之， 未得安息令安息之， 令入于究竟涅槃。 如是念诵可使密咒律仪增广，若欲摄略则诵此： 善逝如来及诸子， 恳请垂念于我等， 我名金刚心如是称， 直至证得菩提藏。 别解脱及菩提心， 明觉持明内之律仪， 所有一切诸律仪， 无余受持而行持。 如是念诵。 复次，以得三律仪之坚固心，第四从内心发誓： 于心间执持一指向上的手印， 嗡 瑜伽自在圆满智， 利乐有情慈悲作主宰， 三有之怙唯一之怙主， 天中之天祈请垂念我。 善逝如来之化身如海众， 瑜伽自在成就之大士夫， 天与非天持咒具誓者， 祈请一切聚集众垂念。 我非为求王位天界诸享受， 亦非为求诸欲自成就， 唯以慈悲利乐诸有情， 于此祈请一切智者为见证。 怙主您具智慧无诸障， 祈请您护念我之增上意乐， 圣众之前如何立誓愿， 我不违越亦不欺诳怙主您。 从内心我将利养名闻等， 欺诳与散乱之心永舍弃， 唯以成办他利之心而安住， 我行广大瑜伽之行持。 我发无上之普贤胜菩提心， 胜义谛与世俗菩提

From the great enlightenment arises, The pure and supreme lotus lineage, The three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, Hold the sacred Dharma. In the great and supreme lineage of karma, Possessing all the vows, Truly hold and practice, And do the work of offering as much as possible. The mind of enlightenment is supreme, Since I, the holy one, have generated it, For the sake of all sentient beings, I hold all the vows without exception. May I liberate those who have not been liberated, May I free those who have not been freed, May I relieve those who have not been relieved, And establish them in complete Nirvana. By reciting this, the mantra vows can be expanded, or if you want to condense them, recite this: Sugata and all the sons, Please consider me, My name is called Vajrasattva, Until I reach the essence of enlightenment. Individual liberation and the mind of enlightenment, The assembly of vows of the inner awareness holders, All the vows without exception, Hold and practice completely. By reciting this. Furthermore, with a firm mind that has obtained the three vows, the fourth is to make a vow from the heart: Holding a one-pointed mudra at the heart, Om, Lord of Yoga, perfect wisdom, Benefiting beings, empowered by compassion, The only friend of the three realms, God of gods, please consider me. The ocean of emanations of the Sugata, The great assembly of accomplished yogis, Gods and non-gods, mantra holders with vows, Please consider all the assembled ones. I am not seeking royal power, heavenly enjoyment, Or the qualities of desire for my own accomplishment, But only striving for the benefit of beings with compassion, Please, omniscient one, be my witness in this. Protector, you have wisdom without obscurations, Please protect my superior intention, As I have vowed before the noble ones, I will not break it, nor will I deceive you, protector. From the heart, I will abandon profit, fame, etc., Deceit and distraction, I will abandon my mind forever, Abiding only with the mind of accomplishing the benefit of others, I will practice the great practice of yoga. I generate the supreme mind of Samantabhadra, the ultimate enlightenment, The ultimate truth and the conventional enlightenment.
