Having strayed from the path, lost the way, wandering in samsara. The faults of having committed evil deeds in the past. Whatever sinful deeds I have done, I regret and repent. The power of flourishing and intense karma is so strong. Having sunk into the ocean of suffering in samsara. The fire of burning hatred scorches my own mind. The darkness of ignorance obscures wisdom. On the shore of the ocean of desire, consciousness sinks. The mountain of pride and arrogance presses down into the lower realms. The red whirlwind of jealousy scatters us in samsara. Bound tightly by the knot of self-grasping. Falling into the pit of desire, like a fire pit. Intense suffering falls like rain. Such suffering is extremely difficult to bear. The fierce fire of sinful karma burns. The sprouts of consciousness and senses are scorched. If the illusory body of aggregates cannot bear it. Loving protector, compassionate one, can you bear it? Like me, foolish and ignorant, with heavy karma and great sin. By the power of karma, born as Rudra in the desire realm. Having been born, I regret it, and despair of karma. Even if I despair and regret, there is no remedy for karma. The force of karma is like the flow of a river. How can the flood of karma be stopped immediately? All ripened results arise from one's own karma. Even if I follow the teachings, I have not achieved results as taught. Body, speech, and mind have all fallen under the control of sin. Driven by the fierce wind of karma. I, in countless kalpas before. Having wandered out of the dark prison of samsara. Close attendant.

以您的慈悲加持力，净化业与烦恼障蔽之处，如母般慈爱的您，如今安住于您的足下。如太阳般光芒四射，如月亮般光彩夺目的，慈悲的容颜，百看不厌。从无始以来，因无明的障翳，被蒙蔽的双眼无法看见，众生的怙主您之前身在何处？业力强大，令人难以忍受，非常恐惧，毛骨悚然，极度害怕，发出恳切痛苦的哀嚎，以可怜贫困的声音呼唤，慈爱的怙主若此时不垂念，何时死亡来临，身心分离之时，与善知识道友分离，被阎罗带走。那时世间亲友不会消失，因业力所致，独自漂泊。此时若我没有救护者，不推迟延缓，现在就请立即施予救助。像我这样被业力折磨的众生，从无始以来就错误地执着，未从三界轮回的处所解脱，无数劫以来，经历了无数次的转生。取过无数次有形的身体，无数次死去，积累的血肉骨骸与世界一样大，积累的脓血如大海一般，积累的业果无法思议，难以言说。数遍三界，经历生死的循环，所作所为毫无意义，白白浪费。无数次的转生，仅仅一次的生命，为了无上菩提而精进，那么所作的业才有意义。若已证得究竟涅槃，因业力强大，烦恼深重，取了血肉之躯，在轮回中漂泊，陷入难以忍受的痛苦轮回牢狱。如此难以忍受的强烈痛苦，所有罪业皆由自己的业力所生。我向慈爱的怙主您忏悔所有罪业，请以大慈悲力斩断恶业之流，祈请遣除烦恼业力之风。因无明邪见的业力强大，若永远漂泊在无知的黑暗中，智慧明灯的光芒不会照亮吗？若罪业之果难以忍受，大慈悲者您不会行持事业吗？颠倒啊！

Through the blessings of your compassion, may the places obscured by karma and afflictions be purified. Like a mother, loving one, now I dwell at your feet. Your compassionate face, radiant like the sun, clear like the moon, is never tiring to behold. From beginningless time, due to the blindness of ignorance, if these clouded eyes cannot see, where were you, protector of beings, before? The power of karma is unbearable, causing great fear, horror, and dread. I utter this lament of longing and call out with a wretched, impoverished voice. If the loving protector does not consider me at this time, when will it be? At the time of death, when body and mind separate, separated from virtuous friends, led away by Yama. At that time, worldly relatives will not cease, but due to karma, I will wander alone. If I have no protector at this time, without postponing or delaying, please grant your manifest action now. Beings like me, tormented by karma, have been wrongly attached since beginningless time, not liberated from the realms of the three realms' cycle. For countless eons, through countless births, having taken countless physical bodies, and having died countless times, the accumulated flesh and bones are equal to the size of the world. The accumulated pus and blood are like a great ocean. The accumulated karmic connections are inconceivable and beyond words. Counting through the three realms, and passing through the cycle of birth and death, all actions done are meaningless and wasted. Of the countless births, if only one lifetime's actions were diligently used for the sake of unsurpassed enlightenment, then those actions would have great meaning. If ultimate nirvana has already been attained, due to the power of karma and the strength of afflictions, I take a body of flesh and blood and wander in samsara, trapped in the unbearable prison of existence. Such unbearable and intense suffering, all misdeeds arise from my own karma. I confess all sins to you, loving protector. Please cut off the stream of bad karma with great compassion, and please turn back this wind of afflictive karma. Due to the powerful karma of ignorance and wrong views, if I forever wander in the darkness of unknowing, will the rays of the lamp of wisdom not illuminate? If the ripening of sinful karma is unbearable, will the Great Compassionate One not perform actions? How inverted!
