ང་བཞིན་ལ། །གཙང་རྨེ་རྣམ་རྟོག་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ཆུངབ་ཡིས། །ཆོས་ཉིད་མཉམ་པའི་ངང་དུ་མ་རྟོགས་ཏེ། །དམ་རྫས་དང་དུ་མ་བླང་བཟོད་པར༴ སྤྱད་པར་བྱ་བའི་དམ་རྫས་ལྔ་པོ་ལ། །སྐྱེ་ཤི་མེད་པར་རྟོགས་པའི་ལྟ་བ་དང་། །གནས་དང་དུས་དང་ཏིང་འཛིན་གསལ་བ་ཡི། །ཁམས་གསུམ་མ་ལུས་གནས་ནས་བསྒྲལ་བ་དང་། །དུས་གསུམ་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པའི་ལྟ་བ་དང་། །སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་ཏིང་འཛིན་གསལ་བ་ཡི། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་མངོན་སྤྱོད་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། །སེར་སྣ་འཇུར་གེགས་ཅན་གྱི་ཟས་དང་ནོར། །ཐབས་མཁས་འོད་ཟེར་ཚུལ་དུ་མ་བྱིན་བླངས། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་དུ་འཕགས་པ་མཆོད་པ་དང་། །གསང་སྔགས་ལྟ་སྤྱོད་གཞན་གྱིས་མི་རིག་ཕྱིར། །གཏིང་དཔག་དགའ་ཕྱིར་རྫུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བ་དང་། །ཞིང་བཅུ་ཞེ་གཅོད་དྲག་ཤུལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྔགས། །བཀའ་དང་ལུང་ལས་དེ་ལྟར་བྱུང་བཞིན་དུ། །སྤྱད་ཅིང་ཉམས་སུ་མ་བླང་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ། །ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་ལྔ་པོ་ལ། །ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་དང་རྣམ་ཤེས་དབང་པོ་ལྔ། །འབྱུང་བ་ལྔ་དང་འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ། །ཁ་དོག་ལྔ་དང་སྨན་ལྔ་ལ་སོགས་རྣམས། །རིགས་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་རང་བཞིན་དང་། །རིགས་ཀྱི་ཡུམ་ལྔར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བཀའ་ལས་དེ་ལྟར་བྱུང་བཞིན་དུ། །ཤེས་རབ་ཞན་པས་དེ་ལྟར་མ་རྟོགས་ཏེ། །བཀའ་དང་གཞུང་ལས་འགལ་བ༴ བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་ལྔ་པོ་ལས། །ཕྱི་ནང་སྣོད་བཅུད་སྣང་སྲིད་མ་ལུས་རྣམས། །ཡེ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལྔ་ཡི་རང་བཞིན་ལ། །བདག་གི་དབྱིངས་ལས་གཞན་ན་མི་བཞུགས་ཀྱང་། །གོ་རྟོགས་རིག་པའི་རྩལ་ཤུགས་ཆུང་བ་ཡིས། །རྟོག་པ་ཀློང་དུ་མ་གྱུར་བཟོད་པར་བཞེས། །ཚོགས་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་ལོ་ཟླར་འདས་པ་དང་། །ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཟས་འབྱོར་ཚོགས་ཆུང་བ་དང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་ཐུགས་དང་འགལ་བ་དང་། །དམ་སྐོང་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཐུགས་དང་འགལ་བ་དང་། །བརྩེ་གདུང་ཁྲེལ་འཛེམ་ཆུང་བའི་རང་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས། །མཆེད་དང་ལྕམ་དྲལ་ཐུགས་དང་འགལ་བ་དང་། །ལུང་དང་བཀའ་ལས་འདས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ལྟ་བ་འཕངས་མ་ཆོད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། །སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་མ་དོར་བར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། །དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པའི་ཆད་པ་མི་བཟོད་པས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སྲིན་པོས་སྙིང་ཁྲག་འཐུང་བ་དང་། །ཚེ་ཐུང་ནད་མང་ནོར་ཡལ་དགྲས་འཇིགས་དང་། །མནར་མེད་དམྱལ་བ་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྐྱི་གཡའ་བར། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་བཟོད་ཡུན་རིང་གནས་པ་རྣམས། །བདག་གིས་དམ་ཚིག་བཤགས་པར་བགྱིས་པ་ཡིས། །ཉམས་ཤིང་ཆག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོར་ཆུད་དེ། །གོ་འཕང་ཆེན་པོའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །

如我一般。 清净无垢分别苦行微小者， 未悟解法性平等之自性， 于誓物未受持祈请宽恕。 所行持之五种誓物， 证悟无生无死之见解， 处所与时及三摩地明晰者， 三界无余从处解脱， 三时无聚无离之见解， 咒语与手印三摩地明晰者， 方便与智慧现行结合， 吝啬悭吝之食物与财物， 以善巧方便光明之方式未施受， 为利有情供养圣众， 秘密咒乘见行他人不解故， 为测度欢喜故妄语， 断除四十一种田地猛烈行持之咒语， 如是依于教言及传承， 行持且未修持祈请宽恕。 所应知之五种誓句， 五蕴与五识五根， 五大与五欲妙， 五色与五药等等， 五部为五智之自性， 应知为五部之佛母， 如是依于诸佛之教言， 以智慧浅薄故未如是证悟， 违背教言与论典。 所应成办之五种誓句中， 外内情器显有无余诸法， 本即五佛之自性， 虽不住于我之法界之外， 然以觉悟智慧之能力微弱故， 未转为分别之自性祈请宽恕。 会供之供品年月已逝， 会供之食品资具微少， 违背金刚上师之意， 违背誓言空行母之意， 以爱恋羞怯微小之自力， 违背道友与姐妹之意， 违背传承与教言忏悔之。 见解未断绝， 行持未舍弃， 不忍誓言衰损之惩罚， 金刚恶魔饮心血， 短命多病资财散失为敌所害， 无间地狱极为恐怖， 难忍痛苦长久安住者， 我以誓言忏悔之， 衰损破损一切皆恢复， 愿获得大果位之果！

Like me. Those with pure, untainted, and discriminating asceticism are small, Not realizing the nature of equality of Dharma, I beg forgiveness for not accepting the samaya substances. Regarding the five samaya substances to be practiced, The view of realizing no birth and no death, With clear place, time, and samadhi, Liberating the three realms entirely from their places, The view of no gathering and no separation in the three times, With clear mantra and mudra samadhi, Combining the manifest conduct of skillful means and wisdom, Food and wealth with stinginess and hindrance, Not giving and receiving in the manner of skillful means and light rays, Offering to the noble ones for the benefit of sentient beings, Because others do not understand the view and conduct of secret mantra, Speaking falsely for the sake of measuring joy, Mantras for violently practicing the cutting of forty-one fields, Just as they appear in the teachings and transmissions, I beg forgiveness for practicing but not cultivating them. Regarding the five samayas to be known, The five aggregates and the five consciousnesses and faculties, The five elements and the five desirable qualities, The five colors and the five medicines, etc., The five families are the nature of the five wisdoms, They should be known as the five mothers of the families, Just as they appear in the teachings of the Victorious Ones, Because of weak wisdom, not realizing them as such, Contradicting the teachings and treatises. Among the five samayas to be accomplished, All phenomena, outer, inner, vessel, and essence, Are inherently the nature of the five Buddhas, Although they do not reside outside my Dharmadhatu, Yet because the strength of understanding and intelligence is weak, I beg forgiveness for not transforming into the nature of discrimination. The offerings of the tsok have passed through years and months, The food of the tsok and the accumulation of resources are small, Contradicting the mind of the Vajra Master, Contradicting the mind of the samaya-fulfilling Dakinis, With the self-force of small affection and shame, Contradicting the minds of dharma brothers and sisters, I confess transgressions against transmissions and teachings. The view has not been decisively cut, The conduct has not been abandoned, Unable to bear the punishment of broken samaya, The Vajra Rakshasas drinking heart blood, Short life, many illnesses, loss of wealth, fear of enemies, The extremely terrifying Avici hell, Those who endure unbearable suffering for a long time, I confess my samayas, May all that is deteriorated and broken be restored, May I attain the fruit of the great state!
