And have deceived. Some, disregarding the hidden instructions, openly violate the hidden secrets, and carelessly practice the profound secret mantra conduct. Like crows and jackals, they commit sinful deeds. For the unbearable deeds of hell, I confess and repent. Some have properly received the secret vows of the wisdom deity and the Vajra master, but have violated the commands by hoarding. They are greedy for the tsok offerings, hoard taxes, are reserved towards their Dharma friends, and are stingy with the excellent offerings and the offerings dedicated to the noble ones. Some do not understand that this world is only a fleeting moment, and do not recognize the true next life. To please friends, they engage in acts of power and arrogance, and have not mastered the secret mantra scriptures. I confess and repent all of this. Furthermore, I have transgressed the five vows that should be observed among the twenty-five branch vows, namely the two "Tana Gana," taking what is not given, lying, and idle talk. I confess and repent for not having mastered these scriptures. I have transgressed the five vows that should not be abandoned, namely desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy. I confess and repent for not having mastered these scriptures. Furthermore, I have transgressed the five vows that should be accepted, namely feces, urine, menstrual blood, human flesh, and Vajra nectar. I confess and repent for not having mastered these. I confess and admit all that I have done against the vows arising from the tantras, not knowing the limits of their protection, and violating the scriptures. Furthermore, I confess and admit all violations of the vows arising from the teachings of all secret mantra tantras, the bodhisattva vows, the Vinaya of the Shravakas, worldly laws, and oaths. Furthermore, I disrespected the profound teachings, and entrusted them to wealth and accumulation through personal power, thus harming the Three Jewels. I also diverted the great offerings of the Pratīhana (Sanskrit) season for other uses, and misappropriated the property of the Mahābodhi (Sanskrit) Three Jewels. In particular, I restricted all offerings, such as those dedicated to great tsok offerings and profound meditation practices, and actually used them or reduced and deducted from them, accumulating the cause of falling into evil destinies.
