I. In the back, the arrangement of the merit field appears as the root of qualities. On the left, the three ordinary self-existing channels are the basis of illusion. In the center of each of these, the letters of samsara and nirvana are as clearly explained in the root texts of the Four Syllables of the Heart Drop and so on. Those that abide as the object to be purified and the means of purification are purified by the power of the letters of body, speech, and mind, Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). In the center of all those channels, in the pure white channel that is not stained by blood and serum, as thin as one-tenth of a horse's tail hair, there is what is called 'particulate matter,' which is a very subtle five-colored light mixed with the red essence and the pure essence of breath. It is the support of the naturally luminous bodhicitta and the immeasurable palace where the five families of Samantabhadra reside. When the essence of wind and bodhicitta gather, all the visions of the pure lands beyond suffering appear. Moreover, the five-colored light of the appearance aspect and the dharmakaya of the emptiness aspect merge into one taste, and the two great accumulations of the path are completed. What is called 'Akanishta Pure and Beautiful' does not abide anywhere else, but is spontaneously accomplished when all obscurations are abandoned. Therefore, the body is the support of great wisdom. Even in samsara itself, the way the essence of the Sugata-garbha abides is undiminished. There is neither inferiority nor change, and that unchanging ultimate bodhicitta abides like oil pervading sesame seeds. Thus, having understood the way the vajra body abides and the way the primordial ground abides, the root of the path is the practice of tummo, the basis is the practice of the illusory body, the constant measure itself is the practice of dream in the confused path, the essence is the practice of clear light, the difficult point is the practice of bardo, and the decisive point is the practice of transference of consciousness. These six aspects are accomplished by innate effort and diligence, and do not depend on other conditions. Therefore, it is called the path of skillful means of one's own body. Thus, when the training of channels, bindus, and winds is mastered and becomes essential, again, taking bliss and emptiness as the path, relying on the mudra of another body, everything becomes the path, therefore it is the path of skillful means. Second, the completion stage without appearance is transformation.

Like the aforementioned six dharmas' study and practice, whether it is the generation stage or the completion stage that transforms from form to form, in the end, the pure vessel palace and the clear appearance of the essence deities, all these appearances of movement and stillness, dissolve into the nature of light, and the heart seeds of the main deities and retinues dissolve into bindus in a gradual manner, ultimately dissolving into emptiness, abiding in the nature of space itself, which is the realm of great wisdom. In this way, the generation stage prevents the clinging to the reality of appearances, and the completion stage eliminates the clinging to illusion, thereby arising the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, and the innate wisdom that is not fabricated. The extremely profound and unsurpassed completion stage is only taught in the unsurpassed tantras, and is not taught in any of the lower tantras. It is called "The extremely secret near path for sharp-witted individuals to attain Vajradhara in one lifetime." Third, the order of vows that are compatible with the Secret Mantra Vajrayana: It is very important to maintain the vows of conduct without degeneration after entering the path of mantra. The method is like using a mantra to counteract poison, and the antidote is to not be controlled by any afflictions, thereby not confusing good and bad dependent arising. Just as other birds die when they eat poison, but when virulent poison enters the throat of a peacock, it transforms the poison into a beautiful ornament. Furthermore, the difference between vows and precepts is that vows are not to be transgressed, and if transgressed, they will cause the destruction of both this life and the next; precepts are that one must abandon the seven non-virtuous deeds of body and speech from the depths of one's heart, which is the determination of what to do and not to do in the Mahayana. However, the main thing is to abandon the ten non-virtuous deeds, and the nature of the precepts is the same, only the focus is different. If it is a mantra precept, then it is mixed with vows. Because when taking the precepts of the four empowerments of mantra, one must first take the three precepts before entering the empowerment, and not only that, only vows will not be mixed with precepts, which is the same as the view of most Indian accomplished masters. "The common meaning of all" refers to the mantra precep that is commonly needed for the four empowerments.
