The vehicle of earth, namely: judging the teachings of the Buddhas that rely on the three, and lying by saying "not spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha"; and also not granting permission and blessing to the treatises that can become the cause of the four activities, vast activities, and supreme common attainments, and despising them without regarding them as teachings. Seventh, not performing the empowerment ritual, not entering the gate of the mandala, and even if entering, the four empowerments are not complete, and even if complete, not making amends for the faults of breaking vows, transgressions, and degeneration; and for inferior vessels such as Hearers and Solitary Realizers, being frightened by the profound Dharma of maturation and liberation; and the time for taming with secret mantras, in terms of place is a kalpa, and in terms of time is the lineage of those who have reached the time, proclaiming the meaning, view, and conduct of profound secret mantras, etc. Although there are special circumstances, it is assumed that it is sufficient to only have permission before the four empowerments are complete, and even thinking that it is permissible to obtain the recitation transmission from the permission. Being hasty to proclaim secrets, and prohibiting identifying which deity is being practiced. But here, it is necessary to examine whether one is a suitable vessel. Eighth, not recognizing the aggregates of form as Vairochana, the aggregate of consciousness as Akshobhya, the aggregate of feeling as Ratnasambhava, the aggregate of perception as Amitabha, and the aggregate of formation as Amoghasiddhi, etc., and similarly, not recognizing the sense bases as the bodies of deities and consorts, but instead, with discriminating mind, despising them as the nature of the truth of suffering, and causing them to suffer even more through ascetic practices such as fasting. Ninth, doubting whether the essence of all dharmas, the meaning of emptiness that is pure in nature, the realm that only Buddhas can experience, is related to the realm of sentient beings, and whether it is provisional, thereby abandoning the exploration of it. Tenth, reviling the Three Jewels of outer, inner, and secret, and the root and lineage lamas, etc., or engaging in activities that destroy the teachings of Sutra and Tantra, etc., even though possessing the power to manifestly employ the strength of fierce mantra rituals, being patient and tolerant towards those who harm and injure oneself, becoming close and friendly with them, and showing them love and care. Eleventh, the so-called "Dharma beyond names" means: naming things with mere words through the door of conventional dependent origination, although not going beyond imputation, measuring with valid cognition, regarding existence and non-existence, etc.

Clinging to views such as permanence and annihilation, while regarding the selflessness of phenomena as merely conceptually imputed, like an object that contradicts what others hold to be real. With a mind that considers emptiness of the five aggregates, etc., as supreme, one encounters the unborn tenet through speculation. The twelfth is that for any disciple suitable as a vessel for mantra, or for those who possess the initial faith, the faith of desire, and the faith of conviction, these three, one does not teach the Dharma that seeks meaning. Instead, with a bad motivation of not being satisfied with Dharma offerings, etc., one makes others feel annoyed, transforming faith and aspiration into wrong views, which is to be perverted and confused. The thirteenth is that when the substances of commitment to be used are viewed as ordinary things of one's own continuum, some are abandoned with the perception of impurity, while others are craved with the perception of being pure and delicious. However, the conduct of mantra is that there is no distinction between clean and unclean, good and bad, acceptance and rejection, etc., and equality must be taken as the path. If one does not bring this intention into practice as it is, one will be swayed by the power of grasping and being grasped, wandering in the realm of the two extremes. The fourteenth is regarding those who hold the worldly conduct of maintaining the boundary between samsara and nirvana, such as Vajrayogini and other worldly mothers and dakinis who transcend the world, and not knowing that the elements of the five elements are the nature of the five consorts, but viewing them as ordinary earth, water, fire, wind, and space of one's own continuum, clinging to the deluded appearances, and scolding women who are the basis of power. The common branch of the fourteen root downfalls is the factor that abandons the vows. Although not real parents, there are eight gross transgressions that greatly obstruct the attainment of the two siddhis: relying on ordinary women who have not been ripened by empowerment and whose continuums have not been tamed by vows and samayas as vidyādharas, and taking their nectar, i.e., semen, by one's own power; showing one's own deity's form, scriptures, implements, and mudras without any concern to those who have not received empowerment, especially those who have unreasonable thoughts, wrong discriminations, and biased discriminations, in short, to those who have no faith; fighting during the feast gathering; furthermore, in the context of the feast gathering, arguing, chatting idly, and joking in terms of both conventional and practical aspects, mixing the conduct of mantra with the ordinary; and knowing when those who are vessels ask for the Dharma.
