Relying on me, with the nature of patience as boats and rafts, as friends, one will obtain the precious jewel of Bodhicitta, therefore, transforming such temporary harm into ultimate great bliss and immutability is like offering to the sacred Dharma. When unexamined, harm seems to be inherent. But if examined carefully, the essence of harm is emptiness, self-luminous and with undiminished power, without any characteristics, like ripples in water, only slightly revealing the anger, frowns, and roughness of conceptual thought, i.e., an unpleasant countenance. When it disappears or vanishes, the self-nature on which it relies cannot be established, becoming completely empty like the sky, without gain or loss. In general, for whatever reason, if the three asceticisms of patience decline, then the other five perfections, such as generosity, are also like the outer edge, like the outer path for guests, the path surrounded by enemies. If it is difficult to reach the desired state, i.e., the state of liberation and omniscience, then wisdom and strength are needed. Therefore, it is important to generate the supreme mind and practice the three types of patience. With diligence that does not miss a single moment, in self-reliance independent of others, all virtuous Dharmas, like swans happily walking in a garden, diligently engage in listening, contemplation, and meditation, and continuously apply the three types of diligence to the precipice of laziness, i.e., without forgetting, quickly engage with joyful mind, which is very important. Moreover, being entangled by things like the eight worldly dharmas and the clamor of clinging to self-grasping, oppressed by the power of laziness, even the first door to entering the Dharma, i.e., the ability to combine, is lost, despising oneself, and adopting a disheartened behavior, such a person is like a ship of sin, i.e., like a ship about to disintegrate, riding on it, which is a derogatory statement. If it is not like that, then one should don the armor of diligence that subdues the Maras, walk and advance on the path of the ten bhumis, i.e., the diligence of combining, and not be arrogant, i.e., not despise great virtues, nor despise small virtues. Non-regression means that for whatever Dharma one has practiced, one is not satisfied until it is completed, and completing it in this state is what the diligent one desires.

All accomplished. Furthermore, if one does not quickly generate intense diligence towards the Dharma, my life is like the end of a day, it will not stay for long, and if one is quickly and swiftly pressed by the darkness of death, then the conduct of samsara, that is, the suffering of the six types of beings is more numerous than the stars, and if one cannot breathe because of that, like the turbidity of the water of laziness clearing up, the slow flow of diligence, that is, the extreme of water flowing in only one direction, is not showing faults, but until one reaches the ocean of omniscience, the conduct of walking on the path to enlightenment, do not abandon the wavering and swift asceticism. The reasons and qualities of a solitary place like this are that the pleasant medicinal lands where various forests and flowers flourish are frequented by extremely peaceful swans. Such a place is a beautiful rocky cliff to look at, and like the beauty of a young deer at a horse's landing place, there are few places where sense consciousness is not pleasing, and the delightful forest is like a goddess's belt. Like the swaying web of young cotton, the cuckoos, which do not make unpleasant sounds because they are afraid, also proclaim their own voices like messengers conveying words of weariness with samsara, hoping that weariness and renunciation will arise in that place, go there, those who wish to meditate, this is specifically pointed out. The perfect enjoyments of this world are like a curtain of clouds gathered together, showing off within. Showing impermanence in this way is that what changes even more quickly than that is the electricity of the play of life, like a moment of swaying and trembling. The suffering of change, the suffering of suffering, and the three pervasive sufferings of conditioned existence attack life like robbers, and like a noisy river that causes destruction in both the short and long term. Because of the desire to accumulate, protect, and increase food, wealth, and objects of enjoyment, one is constantly confused, and relying on it, arrogance, stinginess, and miserliness exhaust life. After that, one will wander in the endless ocean of bad destinies, shaking.
