These (precepts), in order, can be restored if they have lapsed for a few days, a month, a year, or two years. However, the latter is more serious, and if it has been more than three years, it cannot be restored. In order, if violated, it is compensated by offering a tsok khorlo; if degenerated, it is compensated by giving up the nine possessions; if exceeded, it is confessed and compensated by offering a young child and non-precious wealth, etc., so that the degeneration is purified. If broken, it can be restored by confessing with one's own life as a substitute for the guru's body. These rules are stated in the Vajra Sun Manifestation Tantra. Furthermore, it is very important to request the four empowerments again and to receive self-entry many times. The generation stage and the completion stage, recitation and practice, and the "vow of non-ejaculation," which is to protect the bindu from being released, are the yoga of the bindu. In addition, through fire offerings, offering tormas, and washing away the sins of the three lower realms with mantras and mudras, etc., and burning with fierce fire. In front of the assembled sangha or the three objects of refuge, confess one's own faults, redeem the lives of beings who are sure to die, read scriptures, recite the Vajrasattva mantra, offer mandalas as much as possible, practice the seven-branch prayer, build stupas, etc., one should know the methods of confession through skillful means. It is especially important to have remorse for all transgressions with objects. If one does not confess the sins one has committed, and abandons them thinking they are unimportant, then the happiness and accumulation of merit in this life will decrease, and one will fall into the Vajra Hell of incomparable suffering. Those who have vows, in sixteen lifetimes, or quickly in this life, or in the bardo of death, will obtain common siddhis. Among the eight great siddhis, the flying siddha is able to dwell in the sky and is immortal. The sword can conquer enemies. Any pill that is obtained through practice, when held in the hand, can make the body invisible. Swift feet are the accomplishment of shoes, and by wearing them, one can circle the edge of the ocean in an instant. The vase is where an inexhaustible and ever-replenishing wish-fulfilling treasure arises. The Yaksha's servant is to make him a servant, and he can accomplish whatever is needed. A task that would originally require tens of thousands of people to accomplish can be completed in one day.

That is the caitya of Lapo Nirvāna, like building a billion stupas in one night. The elixir has the radiance of the sun and moon, the strength of an elephant, and the color of a lotus. When it rises, it is lighter than kapok. Like Guru Padmasambhava, one attains a body free from birth and death, possesses the eight great siddhis, and can travel in the sky. It is like the mountains of Palbar in Mangyul exchanging with each other. Eye medicine is applied to the eyes to see underground treasures, like the food offerings of the patron Gonme Zesyn. In particular, from the first to the seventh bhumi, there are ten external powers: the power over life, to remain for as many kalpas as one wishes; the power over mind, to enter countless samadhis in each moment; the power over resources, to fill the world with various foods and wealth simply by thinking; the power over actions, to act as one wishes in all situations of crafts and activities; the power over birth, to be born in any desired realm of gods or humans; the power over faith, to transform all lands into various jewels, and so on. In short, to transform all things into a common vision that accords with the general desires of sentient beings, just as the Second Buddha Padmasambhava transformed the garbage of Samye into copper, making it suitable for everyone to enjoy. The power over aspirations, to fill all realms of the world with Buddhas, and so on, achieving as one wishes. The power over miracles, to hold countless Buddha-fields in the sky with a single hair, and so on, able to transform as one desires. The power over wisdom, to know whatever one desires to know. The power over Dharma, to be skilled in distinguishing the names and meanings of all Dharmas. These ten excellent powers exist from the third pure bhumi, so they are placed internally. In its ultimate continuation, there is the empowerment of great light. As stated in the Sutra of the Heap of Jewels: When a Bodhisattva attains the great earth, they completely obtain the ten powers through the empowerment of the great cloud of light. Its meaning is that the seven impure bhumis and below are not considered internal powers, and from the third bhumi onwards, when the ten bhumis are completed with the clouds of Dharma, one obtains the ten internal powers. The ten completely pure powers exist in the Buddha-bhumi.
