The Wheel of Time, the essence Kalachakra. Also, the core deity Chakrasamvara and other new deities, as well as the three divisions of the inner tantras, the generation stage Mahayoga, the Lung Anuyoga, and the Great Perfection Atiyoga, are generally just the vase empowerment, the secret empowerment, the wisdom-wisdom empowerment, and the word empowerment, these four. In Atiyoga, the pinnacle of vehicles, there are also specific levels of empowerment, such as the elaborate vase empowerment, the non-elaborate secret empowerment, the extremely non-elaborate wisdom empowerment, and the utterly non-elaborate word empowerment. In general, the distinctions of empowerment in the secret mantra Vajrayana are vast and limitless, but they are encompassed by the outline and the defined boundaries are these four. Namely, the base is the vase empowerment, the path is the secret empowerment and the wisdom empowerment, and the result is the fourth empowerment, that is, the four empowerments are primordially complete through the power of awareness. The root and body are the main recipients of the vase empowerment, the ten winds are the recipients of the secret empowerment, the white and red bindus are the basis for the wisdom empowerment, and the recipient of the fourth empowerment is the alaya consciousness, which is common to all. These are not produced from effort and practice, but are inherently present, and these four are equally possessed, and the cause that makes them exist together is twofold. The disciple who is a suitable vessel is the causal condition, the master who has vast views and possesses realization is the lordly condition, and the ritual that knows the power of view, mantra, and samadhi is the objective condition. The sequence of the four empowerments, where one depends on the other in the manner of interdependent origination, is the immediate condition, and the empowerment is accomplished by the aggregation of two causes and four conditions. Furthermore, it is established through the doors of antidote, provisional meaning, and definitive meaning. The main part of the body, the central channel, the left channel, and the right channel, are symbols of the three kayas of Dharma, Sambhoga, and Nirmana, and the five chakras of the five places are symbols of the five families. The form of the channels existing as the form of letters is that the six impure abodes of the body are the seeds of the six realms of beings, and the pure essence of the three kayas of the Buddha exists as the three syllables of letters. Moreover, from that, in the channel place of Roma, the method, there are vowel letters, and in the channel place of Kyangma, the wisdom, there are consonant letters, and so on, as it is said that there are many. Thus, the energy relies on the winds, which is the upward-moving wind.

Therefore, the wind of the mouth and nose takes in food and drink, and the wind of fire-equality dwells in the stomach, which digests food and drink. The downward-clearing wind dwells in the path of urination and defecation, which performs the work of discarding impurities. In the heart of the life-channel dwells the life-wind, or the wind of merciless kalpa-karma, which sustains life until it is disturbed, and when disturbed, it separates body and life. The pervasive or moving wind dwells in the whole body, especially in the limbs and extremities, and performs the work of walking, dwelling, and various actions. In addition to that, the winds of the five elements each perform their respective functions. Thus, the ten winds rely on the white and red essences, and the essences rely on the ultimate bodhicitta, which is the ultimate Tathāgatagarbha, relying on four places. Among them, for all self-continuum beings of the desire realm, desire exists in four forms, etc. It is certain that the four desires to be purified and the order of the four purificatory empowerments arise in dependence. First, the desire to be purified by looking and being satisfied exists in the Paranirmita-vaśavartin heaven. Relying on the purificatory colored powder mandala is the vase empowerment, which eliminates the four obscurations, mainly the obscuration of the body. The outer vessel world and the inner sentient beings, animate and inanimate, as well as the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, all possess the three places: the aggregates and elements are the departed and the departed mother, the objects of empowerment are the heroes and heroines, the body's alaya-consciousness, the faculties, and the four objects of touch and tactile consciousness are purified in their own place as the four doors, and the eternal view, the annihilation view, the self-view, and the sign-view are purified in their own place as the four door mothers, i.e., the eight doors, father and mother, etc., which manifest as a play of a single mandala. Appearance and emptiness, and the union of the two, i.e., the completely imputed, the other-powered, and the perfectly established, are the nature of the three natures. Its ultimate conclusion is samsara, i.e., not falling down, and nirvana, i.e., not rising up. In the indivisible great sphere, it is not stained by the conceptual thoughts of signs, and the instruction to attain Buddhahood without meditation at the time of death is the reliance of one's own alaya-consciousness.
